Not impressed at all. Online it states that the BARCLAY was $400,990 with available upgrades. I do not want any upgrades but was told I had to have them, so they really aren't upgrades if forced on you. New price would be between 420-430k depending on the cost of materials. Disappointed because the place is amazing and fits our needs perfectly but the bait and switch was a BIG disappointment. Was told by Carmine to reach out to corporate and let them know that the website is incorrect... Don't you think they should know this or that their employee should fix it? Not one of the BARCLAY units are available for 400,990 so to state on website that is the price is very misleading and deceptive. Hope someone sees this and reaches out to me

I can't complain about the actual building BUT:
Some scaly people live here - litter and always issues around the pool.
Dog walkers don't clean up after their dogs - REALLY BAD.
HOA in one word - PATHETIC.

I'm renting a place here that was just built. They're great apartments for renting short term. Wouldn't want to own one. Quickly built and thrown together. Kitchen doesn't even have a backsplash. Breakers trip if I plug in a skillet and turn on the coffee pot at the same time. Upstairs floor creaks like your 90 year old grandmother's knees. Rooms just have vents above the doors for circulation. No ductwork inside the rooms. These keep the rooms hot as hell in summer. In las vegas...really? Got my car broken into the 1st night I moved in. Lots of the community walks their dogs and dont pick up poop. The construction workers will park next to you and just full swing their door into your car.

NOT A SAFE COMMUNITY!!! AVOID this property or probably ALL properties by Beazer. Terra West is the HOA company they use and they're horrible! They don't EVER answer your emails or calls about any issues with the community. Better off paying ur HOA else where that will actually give you what you pay for. I've been living here for 4 months and there has been at least 2 cars windows was broken into. I've seen more cops in this community than on Boulder highway right outside. Even with the gate, half the time it isn't even closed in the evening. Apparently, there was vandalism at the pool recently. They're doing ABSOLUTELY nothing to fix the problems. RUN NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!!

Sad to hear about the crappy HOA reviews, I was looking at this for a potential future home. Definitely a little skewed from my positive view on this. Def. Second guessing my choice now. If you have any reviews , please respond.

I own a home here. Since I've moved in I've had a stalker, I've had a car stolen and a neighbor backed into my garage and took off ( white SUV with temporary plates) there's trash everywhere, people bumping their stereos day and night, 20 kids per household, (seems) gates are always broken, and there's Broken patio furniture piled up in the corner of the pool area, the pool is always closed because there's kids always shitting and pissing in the pool. I can't believe I'm living like a renter in the ghetto when I pay so much to live here.

New home owner here. This community has potential, but hoa put no effort into community maintenance. Trash/dog feces everywhere all the time. Large useless areas of scattered rock. Dead plants dont get replaced. Dead patches of grass. HOA STEP IT UP!

I’m very disappointed with the experience of living in a “new” community that looks dirty and broken. The gates have been damaged for a long time, part of the wall collapsed due to an accident months ago and it’s still not repaired. The pool has been closed since May—during the hottest days of the year—and we’ve asked multiple times when it will reopen, but the HOA never responds.

On top of that, residents are required to pay $150 a month for amenities that are either not provided or remain out of service with no clear timeline for repair.

Please take your time when searching for a home. You and your family deserve a place that is safe, clean, and properly maintained.

These are nice townhomes for the most part....However, I would not purchase and glad we rented first once we moved to Henderson otherwise we would have never known about this area. The dog owners walk their dogs, and allow them to shit any and everywhere without picking up after them, gates are broke trash all over the place and it just looks like low income community. There is no way I would purchase over here. The HOA really needs to get a handle on this because I guarantee this will be extremely bad in another 3 to 5 years. It's crazy how folks want to live in a townhome with no backyard and treat the common areas as if it is their backyard. It's just nasty and disrespectful and the entitlement is insane..smh. This place has potential to be very nice and it sucks that people are purchasing these townhomes and are not aware that the HOA is garbage and yet they have expensive dues to pay each month. I don't require a phone number to contact anyone, as I have tried twice already and I was informed that HOA stated they can't make anyone clean up after their dogs...and I was also informed that there are people that have been hired to clean up the dog shit, ...that's wild I haven't seen anyone, although someone needs to be hired to do it because it's just going to bring a pest issue. HOA you need to do better!

On top of paying my mortgage.. I gotta dish out another $150 for HOA..my question is "Where the hell is this money going to?" This place is ridiculous!... Dog crap on everv corner...pool was closed nearly all summer... rear gate was literally busted through!?..No credit for when the pools were "out of service". What are we all paying for?? Now you want another $30 (bringing the new total to $180 plus mortgage payment) starting January 1st for HOA?! ...and don't me started with the parking lot! No parking at all... the open spots are always full... you couldn't leave out a housing unit or two just for parking?..Even my so called new townhouse has black mold inside the attic that the outside service plumbler found while servicing the heater/ac unit !! ... whatever contractor or workers putting this place together did a crappy job... they just covered up the leaking water with insulation This place is just GREEDY! I want to move out ASAP... If I'd known this place was like this...| would've purchased elsewhere!. Anybody reading this, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! they don't care about people here... they just want money...Greedy corporate and BS HOA fees...

This is an OK place to live. The townhomes are nice and are built decently. I have not had an issues with our place and we have been here for almost 3 years. Here are my pros and cons
Pros:
1. Good location away and close enough to all the fun stuff.
2. I haven’t experienced any type of crime but I know others who have.
3. Our views of the mountains is really nice.

Cons
1. Dog shit everywhere! People don’t clean up after their pets and there is no consequences for not cleaning up after your dogs. HOA is to busy sending warnings for stupid stuff like a string of lites on your balcony.
2. HOA sucks and don’t provide any value to the property. They don’t do any preventative maintenance and wait until stuff breaks before they think of repairs. Not sure what our HOA fees are for.
3. Kids are not supervised and run around like animals destroying the grounds especially the pool.
4. Pool was closed all summer of 2024 due to repairs. Again they performed preventative maintenance this wouldn’t have happened.
5. Parking sucks and people drive through the parking lot like they are in the Indy 500.

All in all this place could be awesome if it were managed properly.
