Absolutely thrilled with Jeff and Odyssey Electrical Service!

Jeff came out to our office over the weekend (after hours!) to replace all of our old fluorescent light bulbs with new LEDs. He did an amazing job, and the difference in our office lighting is incredible. Not only does it look more modern, but it's also much brighter and more energy-efficient.

Jeff was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. And the price was extremely fair – we couldn't be happier with the value we got for our money.

I had Jeff come to my house and install a Tesla charger. The guy was great and real funny too. He did clean work and got a permit done right away with the city. Now I don’t have to worry about this thing ever burning down my house and insurance not trying to pay. He also, assisted me in installing a ring camera at no charge. Great guy and great service. He has plenty of years experience as an electrician and can take care of anything else you need.

I had an awesome experience with Jeff from Oddsey Electric! He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, showed up right on schedule, and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Jeff installed a ceiling fan and also took care of some electrical outlet work — and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly.

This is the second time I’ve hired Odyssey to do installations in my home. Jeff is an excellent electrician. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and a total professional. As he was working, I started cleaning and he told me that he would do the cleaning which he did. Watching him work was like watching an artist. Had an EV charger installed. Handled everything start to finish and made sure up to code with the city. Communicators incredibly well, will use again.

Jeff was able to get to my house within 20 minutes of our conversation. He was then able to diagnose the outlet not receiving power issue, then fix the issue. Only about an hour and a half and completed! Great electrician and just an all around honest man. Thank you Jeff for saving me. First picture is of the outside outlet that didn’t work, second picture is the reason why it didn’t work, Toll brothers home builders, whoever does their drywall covered the outlet box. Very dangerous!

Jeff is awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with an issue that I was having with my garage outlets being tripped due to water getting into one. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work. He is my go to electrician now anytime something in my house is having issues.

My problem was the outside Christmas lights were constantly causing the breaker to trip. The service person stepped back from the problem and inventoried the loads. He then isolated the extension cord that he felt was the problem. Bingo, his selection was correct and the problem was solved. Sometimes the problem is simpler when you step back. Good service!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff repaired some circuits for us and then when we later had a problem with another circuit he helped us work out the problem and resolve it quickly. 100% recommend.

I've hired Jeff at this company for several different jobs. The first was to install my EV charger in my garage. The others were to expand outlets in my home and waterproof/protect the ones outside. He is reasonably priced, prompt and professional!!! I have my favorite electrician now!

We had a problem resetting GFI switch. Jeff was able to respond rather quickly! He did an outstanding job. Trouble shooting the problem and repairing several trouble spots at a reasonable price! I highly Recommend Odyssey Electric!

Jeff installed a NEMA 14-50 socket with next day service and at a price that made me happy. He explained what it would entail, and had it done in less than two hours (and he could have done it faster if I didn't hover and talk to him the whole time--he's very personable and pleasant to talk with). He will be my go-to for any future electrical work that I may have.

Jeff was awesome! Came out an was on time. The electrical in my house was a mess with our panel (missed labeled) and wiring connected to odd gcfi in random locations. Jeff fixed those problems for us and educated us on how the house is wired and gave a correctly labeling on the electrical box! This is huge for us as we just moved In.

I called Jeff to help with a bathroom lighting outage at my home. He walked me through several trouble shooting options which I tried but did not solve the problem. So we booked an appointment later in the day. But I kept running things by him during the day via text and he came back with possible solutions until I finally figured it out! I’m amazed that he would do that and pass up a payable appointment. I think that just speaks to his honesty which is so important when hiring someone to help with your home. I would recommend you give him a call if you have electrical issues.

Jeff has been amazing on multiple occasions. Where he can give me instructions over the phone to solve an issue he does it for no charge. When he comes out he is efficient, fair, and informative. When he discovers an appliance is causing electrical problems he provides contact information for other specialists. I will never go to a different electrician so long as Jeff is within reach.
