"I had a very disappointing experience with [purpose pool]. They damaged my pump during service, and despite reaching out, the issue wasn’t resolved. The lack of accountability and poor customer support were frustrating. I hope they improve their service quality."
They sent a technician to my house. after the technician tested everything, I told bye thier technician that the pump and everything else working great, just the plumbing needed to be fixed. They then sent me an email with an invoice that I had to pay them the 20% of $234 for the plumbing repairs.
Then what happened the company stole the swimming pool pump parts funny. Then I got another invoice from them for $986.00 and I have to pay them again the 20% of the $986.00
I called to their company I did explained to them that what happen they hung up and never answers my call after that. The last person I spoke with the person on the phone his name was Joish
Please do not call this company to make you Disappoint

Sam and Ben, arrivedInstalled the IAqualink communication device and a pool light with no issues. Everything was well explained works very well. I will call Purpose Pools in the future for any pool needs.

I've been using Purpose Pools for several years. My pool is about 20 yrs old so little by little things wear out, leaks happen. I searched for a reliable company to have in hand to do these repairs. Purpose Pools is the one. Very professional, knowledgeable, and they always respond promptly. My latest updates for this year have been the Hayward controls. My tech was Sam. Great job and took the time to check everything out thoroughly, then patiently went through all the features and how to use them, loaded the app on my phone and let me try it out before he left.
Next was replacing the heater which was done by Robert, another great job. He is meticulously neat in his work. Always making sure everything not only functions properly but also looks clean and neat. Robert has been here for many of my repairs, enen the small ones.
Purpose Pools even responds quickly to warranty work. You're not at the bottom of their list because they need to come back at no charge.
Love these guys. They know what they're doing.

Rob was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time and he fixed the problem in a timely manner. Would recommend to others.

Hired them to fix an air leak in my system. They assured me they are experts and could fix it. I paid a service fee for an inspection. After inspection I was given a price for the repair and they came and did the repair. However, it did not fix the problem. They gave me a new estimate for additional repairs. They did it and then left with not only the original problem not fixed but additional damage to the system. Then, they refused to discuss it with me.

Johnathan was excellent. Very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. The pump is working very well!! He displayed excellent customer service throughout his time here. I highly recommended Purpose Pools!!!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my current pool service provider, which led me to contact Purpose Pools. I was pleasantly surprised to speak to someone right away without any trouble, and they promptly sent a technician over the next day. Johnathan W., our technician, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable manner. His punctuality and professionalism were top-notch. I am grateful for his excellent communication and quick response. Overall, I am very pleased with our experience with Purpose Pools so far.

We recently had a new pool heater and pool automation system installed by Purpose Pools and we are super happy with the results. Purpose Pools gave us a great price that included some additional repair work to our system and they cleaned up the messy piping job the prior owners of our home had done.

Our technicians were Sam and Rob - and they just did a fantastic job. Communication was clear and we were always kept in the loop of what was going on and when they’d be working. The works looks fantastic and everything works perfectly. We are very happy with our Purpose Poole experience and highly recommend them.

Our old pool pump died and purpose pools came out to diagnose and give us quotes to either fix or replace the pump quickly. We opted to replace and the cost was reasonable with a 3 year warranty. Rob the technician was super friendly and answered all my questions and every person I spoke with was friendly and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything which I did with other pool companies. Highly recommend!

Purpose Pools have been a great company to work with, specially our Technician Ilene. She has a great attitude, very respectful, professional, and does an excellent job cleaning our pool every week. Glad I switched my pool cleaning company, and very pleased to have Ilene as my technician

Ben was very helpful and explained services. He did a great job cleaning the pool and checking pump circulation. He helped schedule an appointment for a repair person to further investigate the problem of pump circulation shutting off. I appreciate his kind and friendly attitude.

Rob and John came today to install Pentair lighting and do repair and part replacement for components. They were polite, on time, and did great work on our pool. We are completely satisfied with Purpose Pools!

I thought I had a seal leak and called Purpose Pools to inspect/repair any problems. They were professional and gave me the information I needed and offered various services. Fast, fair and professional!

Love, Purpose Pools. I've had several challenges with my pump, but they've come out and fixed it every time. They are super responsive, super friendly and super helpful. When your pump is having problems, this is exactly the kind of help you are grateful to have. The gentleman's name who came out today was Jonathan weekly I think. Very nice guy.

My spa stopped working, suspected the motor. I called Purpose Pools and they said that they couldn’t give me a window and that the technician would give me 30 minutes notification that they would be there.

I got notification that they would be there in 15 minutes, I got home in 25 minutes and they had came, looked at the pump, and didn’t even check out with my mother in law and left. We thought they would be back but nope, then I got a nice quote of $1,142.90.

Thankfully I called around and another pool company came out. The technician was knowledgeable and asked probing questions and then tested the capacitor on the pump….and that’s what it was. So I paid $250 to remove and replace the broken capacitor and the company waived their service charge as I had a repair done. I paid Purpose Pools $55 for a service call that was worthless and they wanted to rip us off.

I would never recommend Purpose Pools to anyone. To the owners of Purpose Pools…. Thanks for ripping me and my family off!!! If you even care about your reputation, you may want to have your service people actually troubleshoot a problem.

Now to address the response. I work in the service industry, and I give my customers a full range of options. I also explain the different options. With the technician not being present, and just remotely sending a quote does not provide reassurance. In today’s economy, customers need that reassurance especially when asked to spend $1,100. 30-40% fix rate is pretty significant in terms of solving a problem. Could have explained that hey look this is a short term solution and you will eventually need it replaced, so get ready for the rainy day. You would have secured a long term customer and guess what, homeowners talk. Someone always needs a pool guy.

Rob was my technician for pool pump motor replacement. He was on time, did a great job, and is a very nice person. A real pleasure to have working on the pool system. I highly recommend. And also I highly recommend using Purpose Pools. Two days from problem diagnosis to solution. Great work. With fair and reasonable price. All good.
