Purpose Pools has Sam who knows everything about everything about pool equipment and moreover is able to articulate to a knucklehead like me....we bought the full monty or automated controls systems and love the results. Johnathan went above and beyond to fix our heater during our pool maintenance session. He educated me on the entire system and took the time to explain everything in detail.

These guys are amazing! I had been with a another Pool Company and after a year of struggling with them, I finally hired purpose pools. When they first arrived, my pool was Green and there were stains on the plaster. Purpose pools jumped into action and got my pool swimmable again. Ben is my tech and he is polite, courteous and thorough with the work he does. I wish I had made the jump sooner! I could not be happier

The paragraph below was my first review. This is my update. I’m downgrading my review because I called back with part of my repair that still needs work. Spa still drains when pump isn’t running. Initial work order had spa draining as part of the job. There are two check valves that could have been the cause. Rob fixed one and thought that was probably the issue. The spa still drains. So when I called back I was told it’d be a new work order and charge for parts and labor even though that’s what was to be fixed in the first place. Should have just had him fix them both rather than assume he found the faulty one. Not calling them back, I’ll just do it myself.

Rob with Purpose Pools was great. Experienced, professional and quick at what he had to do. Rob has 32 years of experience, so he knew what we needed. Didn’t seem to up sell anything we didn’t need, very honest.

Nick and his son were so professional and got the Job done so well I can’t think of enough! He replastered the pool, fix the light, fix my pool pump and my water filter system at no extra charge! His prices were super reasonable and he got the job done in less than 10 days, which is astronomical seeing how dirty it was beforehand! Highly professional and recommended!

I had an issue with my iAquaLink. Purpose Pools was able to diagnose and replace the device. Rob was a great help getting it installed and my app back online and working. Excellent service by Rob.

Samuel came out to troubleshoot my low Spa waterline. He was a true professional! He examined possible causes, performed some pretty meticulous troubleshooting, and determined I had a bad valve actuator. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and went in-depth on how my system worked. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he carried himself. Purpose Pools should be really proud to employ this level of professionalism and above-and-beyond service! Thank you, Samuel!!!

Great experience obtaining a bid! Rob came out, diagnosed the issue, answered all questions and was happy to give full explanations of how the issue arose and how the repair would work. Bid arrived very quickly, was detailed and very easy to select the services in order to get the job started/ Thank you, Rob, for a great service experience!
