I was recommended to Clean Cans LV about a year ago. After reading great reviews, I signed up for quarterly service and was impressed with how easy it was to set everything up. They fit me into the schedule for the following week. The cleanings themselves were excellent, and I appreciated the text notifications and reminders sent out on the day of service. I would recommend them not charging customers until services are rendered or at least the week they are scheduled to be. While the actual cleaning service was consistently good, my experience with customer service, particularly with Anthony, was disappointing and ultimately frustrating. The detailed interactions are below, but long story short is that Clean Cans LV is a company that does a great job with trash can cleanings, but could work on their communication and customer service.

My first questionable interaction with Anthony occurred when I asked what would happen if my trash pickup was delayed (cleanings are scheduled for the same day). His response was, "I know what I'm doing. I've been doing this for a long time." While not outright rude, the tone felt condescending and dismissive.

Later, I was charged for a cleaning that hadn’t yet taken place. When I reached out, Anthony said it would be done the following week. I requested a delay since I would be out of town, but didn’t receive a response until I followed up twice. He eventually replied that scheduling would contact me, but I never received confirmation that the cleaning had been rescheduled or canceled. Over a week later, I was told they would "try to clean in a week or two."

The next few services went smoothly.

In March, I attempted to cancel my subscription due to an upcoming move. I called the main office number, but was connected to Anthony. I explained my situation and asked for an immediate cancellation and confirmation from the office. He said he’d pass along the message. I waited several weeks without hearing back, then struggled to reach anyone when I tried to call.

In May, I was charged again. Nearly two weeks later, I received a text about an upcoming cleaning. I reminded Anthony of my previous cancellation requests and he responded with, "I thought you said you wanted it canceled after this cleaning" and "Whatever, that's not what you said to me. Canceled." The tone was unprofessional and frustrating.

Finally, last week, I was charged yet again. This time, I managed to reach the main office directly. The representative was kind, and once they realized I needed to speak with the Las Vegas office (not Henderson), they arranged a call back. Within an hour, someone contacted me and confirmed that my subscription had been canceled. I had a much more positive interaction this time and am hopeful that the issue is finally resolved.

Exceptional Same-Day Service!

I called this cleaning service this morning due to a pressing issue with my three trash cans, which were extremely foul-smelling and even had maggots. To my delight, they came out the same day! I am thoroughly impressed with how quickly they responded and handled the situation.

I typically use another cleaning company, but they couldn't schedule me until the following week. The smell was unbearable, but now my trash cans are fresh and clean. I can't thank them enough for their prompt and effective service! Highly recommend if you need urgent help!

The best price for the best job! Kenny was very kind and willing to fit me into his busy schedule, so last minute! This is my third time getting my cans cleaned from different companies and so far, Clean Cans LV has left them looking the best!! I will be scheduling again!

Honestly when these guys clean, it's AMAZING, but their customer service and organization skills are horrible. Their own service agreement says they only charge one day prior to service... well they charge me on the 1st and do my service around the 17th. It's a break in contract from their service agreement, but whatever. I cancel on November 4th due to a move knowing its more than 30 days before my next cleaning and even give them November though I don't need it while praising them for excellent work. Next thing I know i get charged almost a month later. When i text Anthony to say "hey I think i was incorrectly charged" he doesnt respond for almost 2 days and only after a couple follow-ups. His follow-up wasnt "omg im so sorry we'll take care if it right away", it was "circling back for what? Your last cleaning is the 17th". No, I cancelled Nov 4th my last cleaning was November 17th. Most condescending reply i've ever gotten from a family business before when I just asked to cancel.

I recommend him to my friends and relatives and also a friend that has a real estate company and I gave him Justin‘s card because he needs people to help them out sometimes with windows and out with this properties. My wife and I purchased a house in Henderson with windows that looked like they had not been cleaned in years. In face, we were concerned whether any cleaning service could get them clean. That was before we found Justin with Wizard Window Cleaning. Wow…wow…just after doing the inside before going outside, our windows looked totally different. The job was completed in a timely manner at a great low price, and honestly, our windows are so clear and clean, it appears there is no glass in them at all!! This is the absolutely the best window cleaning we have ever had done here or in our other house in Denver. To top it all, Justin likes what he does and does it joyfully. You may think I’m kidding, but after meeting him, you will agree, he is one of the nicest guy you have met.

Great experience- easy to get a hold of, quick and competitive estimate, arrived early and explained all issues. Even played with the dogs! Will keep the number to call again.
