Totally destroyed pool filter, was working before he got there, then after 10 minutes alone water is spraying everywhere and the system is totally broke. The tech to his credit did acknowledge his mistake BUT the boss refused to take any responsibility! DONT EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE!!

I have used Pool Boys for the last few years at my residence and the last 6 years at my rental unit and have no plans to change that. They not only do a great job with the weekly cleaning but help me avoid more costly repairs by routinely inspecting my equipment and addressing small issues before they become major. I would definitely recommend them for your pool service needs.

I can’t speak to the cleaning service since I do my own. However I have been relying on this company for a number of years to handle some of the things I am getting too old to do. Pipe repair, pump rebuild, pool drainage, filter cleaning just to mention a few. I recently had my pump replaced.
They always do excellent work and I trust them totally. It is hard to find someone of their caliber in this day and age. I highly recommend them and I am grateful for their dedication.

Pool Boys have helped me fall in love with my pool this summer. It's my first full summer in this home, and after my first pool service company bailed because of staffing issues, I hired the Pool Boys right when it started getting hot and pools started getting out of control with algae. They were not the cheapest, but I got a great vibe from Forrest so I went with my gut and brought them on. After the initial wave of services, my pool has been perfect all summer. Katelyn in the office is a rock star and keeps me in the loop for anything I need to know.
