Hired this company on 5/28/2025 and had Stephanie provide cleaning service for my house. She did an outstanding job! I requested that special attention be paid to removing dog fur (there was a lot) - not only did Stephanie get all the dog fur, she also did a great job on the bathrooms and the floors. 100/100 would and will be hiring these cleaners again!

Renee arrived promptly and did a fantastic job of cleaning the house. We have cats and she was very mindful of their presence and careful not to let them out. Will definitely be booking again.

First I would like to say that the team did a great job cleaning the bathrooms. I was really disappointed in some of the small things. The company really needs to distinguish what is expected in the regular cleaning vs deep cleaning. The cleaners didn’t really know when I asked. I read the description on the website and I felt what I was asking met the standard of regular cleaning. I was told that moving my coffee maker a few inches to the side and cleaning the counter underneath was considered deep cleaning, dusting the top of the fans was considered deep cleaning, any stains that needed a little more love was considered deep cleaning. There was a stain on my stove top that they initially didn’t clean and when asked if they can clean the area it took an extra few seconds. “Countertops, appliances, stove tops, and cupboard fronts - they all receive a deep cleaning.” This is description from the website for one-time standard cleaning but was given a hard time when asked if they can clean it. There was a lot of dust still in certain areas that they admitted they missed. The company was very receptive to my feedback and even had the cleaners come back to clean the areas that were missed, which I did appreciate. Discussed these concerns with Oliver and was told that they are going to discuss it within the company to make improvements.

Needed a short notice move out deep clean for our apartment and they delivered!! We had the pleasure of having Denise over to clean the apartment and she did an amazing job!!! Very thorough and attentive to details. Hesitant at first due to higher prices compared to competitors in the area but I will say I made the right choice going through this company as the service was worth every penny. Oliver the owner was very responsive and answered any questions I had no matter the time and day I highly recommend these guys if you need any type of cleaning!

Service was easy to setup and is online and professional. Marquetta did an excellent job better than expectations given our cluttered house. We needed massive improvement and they were able to deliver at am affordable price. Will definitely continue using them in the future.

2 Elderly ladies that worked hard for weeks to prep their house for a deep clean are very hurt and disappointed. Cassandra and Renee decided to walk off the job that required a little elbow grease on a friday. The house is dirty. I'll admit that, but they were insteucted to idnore the flooring thats going to be replaced & isn't this a cleaning company? They didn't even have the courtesy to tell them that they were leaving. Take a look at the photos to see the condition of the home to be cleaned, if your home is as dirty or dirtier than this, don't waste your time or money with this unprofessional company.
