Our experience with Glenmo so far has been nothing short of excellent.
They have an online portal/dashboard where you can specify what you would like cleaned or not cleaned, they take their time so get the job done well without rushing.
Sarah was very thorough with our cleaning and very flexible to our needs. Her patience and friendliness made for a wonderful experience and we look forward to our next clean.

Responsive and thorough! Lovely to work with, though the cleaner accidentally left some of the lights on, and I wasn't able to check on the job until a day after. But I still recommend because of their communication!

I’ve been using this cleaning company for my home, and I’m genuinely impressed every time. The cleaner assigned to me is extremely thorough, respectful, and detail-oriented. She always leaves the house looking and feeling fresh, organized, and spotless.

Scheduling through the company is easy and professional, and thats huge for me as I am rather erratic with my scheduling due to work, the quality of the service is consistent on every visit.

Paid 300$ for deep clean where many things were left untouched in a 2br apartment with maid guilt tripping customer about having to do more. Glennmo decided sending the same cleaner back out for a touch up a week later was the appropriate response, and didnt even contact her when I cancelled the appointment so she showed up anyway. Incredibly unprofessional company that do not provide value for the cost

The communication is amazing, Marquetta was prompt, kind, professional, and efficient. My dog loved her. House looks great. Marquetta handled her business and wished us well. I also like that we were told who was coming to service our home ahead of the appointment with a picture, and she’ll be our person moving forward. Great touch!

GlennMo was extremely professional with me and communicated quickly and thoroughly. I filled out the form for a quote Thursday afternoon, and had a text response less than an hour later for a cleaning the very next day. Devin (my cleaner) arrived early, and was super nice the entire time. Very friendly, very professional, and did a great job cleaning and extra disinfecting my entire condo in preparation for my girlfriend returning from a major surgery. I had an amazing experience overall. If I were to ever need cleaning services again, I would not hesitate to get in contact with GlennMo and Devin again!
