TLDR: Their technicians do not spray your whole yard and don’t do granules and dusting even though that is what you’re paying for. They also don’t come out for inspections!

I am not the type to leave a bad review because I honestly think its cringe and embarrassing, but Las Vegas Pest Control has billing us for services that aren’t being rendered and I want to warn people, so they don’t have to deal with them. Read their Yelp, all the bad reviews are over there explaining essentially the same thing that happened to me.

And if they reply to my review saying I am not a customer, the account is in my boyfriend’s name.

We previously were customers with Green Wave which was acquired by Las Vegas Pest Control. Ever since the merger we have been having issues.

The technicians are not spraying our whole yard, obviously that is wrong and not cool.

Like if I hired a landscaper to pull weeds, and the landscaper only pulled half of the weeds, I wouldn’t be getting what I paid for lol.

The technician didn’t spray under my covered patio, didn’t go down to my side yard to spray, and I have him on my front camera only spraying one side of the stairs leading up to my entry gate. The technician also sprayed half of the backside of my house and then stops?

I have this on video from two different dates. But, I am struggling uploading a video, so I will upload photos with time stamps that show the technician never opened my side gate at least.

My boyfriend called the tech, asking what happened with the side yard and why he didn’t spray, he just kept insisting he went back there, and that he is the best technician ever lol. But, like okay dude we have you on camera, when are you gunna stop lying lol.

I pay for granules and dusting, my yard hasn’t been dusted, and the granules haven’t been put out since April. It is now August.

My boyfriend’s mom has also had an issue with them not spraying her backyard because they claim they didn’t have the gate code. The technician was given the gate code over the phone, but they just put in their notes they couldn’t treat her house because of the gate code. We both have pool cleaners, landscapers, and obviously use pest control services. We know how to make sure technicians have the proper information to gain entry to the area to provide a service. We have never had a company not be able to gain access to the yard. So, this gives me the impression they just said screw it and didn’t want to go in her backyard.

In July, I found a carpet beetle in my guest room, at the time I was like “ehhh what if it could be a worse bug let me get an inspection.” So, I tried to call and get an inspection and I was transferred to a person at a call center who was just pressing me on upgrading my plan to include mosquito care because “there are reports of mosquitos in my area.” Like just straight up lying, obviously we live in Las Vegas there are no mosquitos. No matter how many times I said no, the dude kept trying to get me to upgrade. I said something about how I pay them enough to get my free inspections and when I say no I would like that to be acknowledged and respected. That guy hung up on me. Called back, they said someone would call about an inspection. I never got a call or inspection. Canceled my services with them today.

And if you decide to go with another company, see if they are owned with Las Vegas Pest Control because they bought a few pest control businesses around town.

Melody is always a pleasure. She is very outgoing and always keeps me informed on any issues.

Juan is awesome because he confirms the day before the service. He is respectful and does his job well. My dog loves him!

Matt has been servicing our house for several years now. He has always went out of his way to do a thorough job. He is friendly and always greets me with a smile.

Robert is very personable and does a superb job we never worry about leaving and our gate is open because he always closes it after service Robert is an 11 out of 10 Thanks for the Great service LVPC and Happy Holidays ⛄️.

Wonderful experience. Brian came out and was very friendly and surveyed the area and gave me a quote. Then Troy came the next day and sprayed the area. He was very knowledgeable and quick. He was so sweet and had great service. 10/10

Just had my quarterly visit with Nicholas. Not only did he patiently answer my questions but he also tossed in a few informative points about my yard "activities". Very happy with this company amd highly recommend!

Just moved and while unpacking a pest reminded me how good I had it at my old home serviced for years by LVPC. Called them and they scheduled me right away. Jordan was my tech and he was on time, super knowledgeable, courteous, detailed and respectful of home, family and pets.

Melody always does a fantastic and thorough job, haven't had any issues with pests except occasionally with a small amount of spiders and other small insects, but overall happy with the work that she does, also she is quite friendly which is a nice addition

Deonte was very professional about what he was gonna do. He messaged to let us know when he was going to arrive and upon his arrival he again sent a message. He was very engaging, professional, and efficient with his time!

Great service, great price. I love that I can call if I need them to come out more than every 2 months and it's no issue. Juan has been our tech twice and has done a great job.
