Jim and James work well together as a team. Both are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Service is prompt and cost is reasonable. I have used them for years for parts and repairs.

I also have weekly pool service with them. They are thorough and reliable.

Company is easy to communicate with and they are very responsive.

Last summer I had a pool party on a Thursday. My pool water was green. I was in panic mode. Jim & James of Pool Services Las Vegas arrived about 5 pm on Tuesday to give me a quote for weekly maintenance. After agreeing to their services, James immediately got in the pool and completely scrubbed the pool and then added chemicals. I was surprised to see James back the next morning working on the pool again. By Thursday the pool water was sparkling! Weekly service by Jess and his wife has been great and totally reliable. I receive an email after each service with before and after photos plus the status of the chemicals. On the couple of occasions I have needed repairs, Pool Services Las Vegas has arrived quickly and fixed the problem. I love that when I call the company, I talk to Jim (the owner). I have had a number of pool service companies over the years and Pool Services Las Vegas is the best. They really care about their customers and their prices are reasonable and competitive. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

This was our first time using their services to clean our windows. They were extremely professional and thorough. Our windows never looked better. We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend their services.

Absolutely wonderful company to deal with gave me estimate same day I called and then to top that off they were able to come the very next day to do the job. They were very professional removed screens and cleaned them then made my windows spotless. Team worked very hard all while remaining pleasant and efficient. A person would have to be insane not to use this company. I’m keeping there card so when I move into new home I can use them again.

The Shine Masters team did a great job on all of them windows and the patio door of our rental which had not been cleaned by our tenants in like forever. They worked extremely hard and paid great detail to leaving the windows as if one were looking outside without windows. That’s how good they are. And they did more than just producing sparkling windows. They thoroughly cleaned the window sills, jams and tracks upstairs and downstairs—inside and outside; and, cleaned the window screens.

I am so happy I have to share my experience. Window washing is no fun in my opinion, so I finally broke down and hired professionals. I received a contact text 15 minutes prior to appointment time saying they are on the way. Flore was at my front door precisely at 9am as scheduled. The work was very carefully performed with results that completely pleased me. Wow, is there glass or not in that frame? This should have been done a long time ago. What an improvement! I can't stop smiling. The tracks are free of grit and the windows look brand new. Two of the nicest people you would ever want working on your home, Kamel and Flore.
