they did such an incredible job on our move out clean. they did our entire house bottom to top in 4 hours at a great price! definitely will use them again.

We have townhome to be cleaned and rented out soon. My husband called in advace and gave the special note regarding grout on tile which was our main issue. After cleaning was done, the grouts between the tiles weren’t cleaned at all and my husaband asked the person who cleaned whether the grout can be removed but she said it is not possible and my husband signed on confirmation. However we found out that the grout can be removed with special method. I called the company and complained the work was done not according to our requests even though we gave special note in advance but they said once customer signed confirmation there is nothing they can do and it is final. My husband would’t sign on the confirmation if he knew the grout can be removed and that is the job they suppoed to do! Also I regret I didn’t check their poor rating on yelp!

I hired Cozy Almond Cleaning for a basic cleaning of my living room, kitchen, and one bathroom. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. They only completed part of the job and promised to return the next day to finish. After I made the payment, they failed to come back as agreed and instead demanded additional payment to complete the same work that was already included in the original contract.

This is unprofessional and dishonest. They breached the terms of our agreement and did not deliver the service they were paid for. I would not recommend Cozy Almond Cleaning to anyone looking for reliable or trustworthy cleaning services.

Marisol did a wonderful job! This was my first time using Cozy Almonds and I will definitely use their services again in the future as needed. Gentleman was very helpful in making the reservation as well.

My family hired this company for a move-in deep cleaning, which we confirmed would include walls, baseboards, counters, cabinets and drawers, bathrooms, blinds, doors, and floors; everything you’d expect from a deep cleaning.
Originally, a team of 2 people were scheduled for a 3-hour cleaning. However, on the day of the appointment, only one man showed up and said he would be doing a 6-hour cleaning instead. Once he finished and we began reviewing his work, we opened a drawer and found trash, crumbs, and even a hair (all left by the previous homeowners which is exactly why we hired professional cleaners before moving in). When we brought this to the cleaner’s attention, he admitted he “must’ve forgotten,” but made no effort to clean it and simply left.
Upon further inspection, we found the counters still dusty, as well as the baseboards, blinds, and cabinets. None of the drawers, cupboards, or walls had been cleaned. The windows still had visible handprints, the shower had buildup, and the mirrors were dirty. It seemed like nothing had actually been cleaned.
We immediately contacted the company and texted the manager photo evidence of the poor work. We even invited him to come see the house himself because the quality was that bad. He declined, and even with the photos, he defended the cleaner. The manager initially offered to send the same cleaner back out, which we obviously declined because if this was the result after 6 hours, how much better could a second attempt be?
He then made multiple excuses for the subpar job and even said, “It probably just needs a woman’s touch,” and offered to send a woman cleaner. To that, I ask: if house-cleaning needs “a woman’s touch,” why send that man in the first place? It felt like the company was knowingly trying to get away with a lazy, unacceptable job.
After wasting our time, we told them we were not interested in having anyone else from their team return and requested a refund. The manager claimed this had never happened before and insisted they only have 5-star reviews, which I don’t believe then and I certainly don’t believe now especially since they deleted or hid the review my family member posted last night after this incident. He said he would “see what he could do” and call us back, but we never heard from him again. When we tried to call back, no one answered. We even used a different phone number to call back and no luck.
To further prove the point, as my family and I began cleaning what should’ve already been cleaned, we took videos showing how easily the dust and markings wiped off with just a rag and some cleaner. Hell, some of it could’ve come off with spit.
Overall, we were extremely unsatisfied. An attempt wasn’t even made. Terrible cleaning service and even worse customer service. Would never recommend.

Couldn’t be more grateful and impressed by the ladies at Cozy Almonds. They were quick yet thorough and helped give my house the love and attention it deserved when I wasn’t able to. Will 100% book again!

Today I called Cozy Almond cleaning and told them I really needed help with my house and even if they were booked they tried really hard to accommodate me. I had Shar to help me clean my house. She is very polite, careful with my belongings and she left my house very clean. I am very happy with the result and definitely will use them again.

The cleaning was done on time. It took the entire morning because there was only one person for this 2500 sq ft house. It was a good job, but the price was over 2 times the cost of my last cleaners for a comparable cleaning.

I needed a last minute move out clean and Cozy Almonds Cleaning was one of the fastest companies to get back to me. They were very easy to work with and accommodating. Briseida was amazing and was very kind. I speak to Marylisa much but she did a good job in the time she could be there. Briseida did a final walkthrough with me and cleaned up the last few areas that needed it. If I were staying Vegas, I would've definitely hired them for regularly cleaning.
