UPDATE: Second time using them and thought Marcus was going to do the cleaning like last time, but he bought another person. He was very professional and nice but a bunch of stains were left on the area rug and home carpet upstairs as well and he also missed areas that were easily accessible. I don’t feel I got as good of a cleaning on this trip as when Marcus did it. Wish I had the choice to reschedule if Marcus knew he wouldn’t be available.

Clean it to the Max: After my past tenant trashed my 3-month-old Townhouse, Markus came to the rescue, not only did he clean my stained tiles of gunk, gum, and juice stains, but he also made them look brand new. He also did an amazing job with the carpet which was left with tons of stains, sodas, juice, and gum, he made it look perfectly new again. We recently had new ceramic floor tiles added to our home. We used epoxy grout which is considered the best if you never want to worry about dirty grout lines again and it doesn’t need a sealant. Our mistake, we didn’t hire a professional company to do the job. Now we are stuck with grout residue (haze) everywhere throughout our home. My wife and I work for hours using Mapei acidic tile grout cleaner and we did see some improvements but the results are the same with residue everywhere.
I found “Clean it to the Max” on google search. I talked to Markus and within a few days, he came to my home. Before starting any work to my floor, he did a spot test. He was able to determine the seriousness of the residue on the tiles. He explained that he can do his best but cannot guarantee 100% due to the difficulty of the epoxy grout used and residue left on the tiles. He recommends using a stripper company that specialized in this kind of work.
I was very grateful to Markus for telling me what I need to know. He came here to do a job but after doing the spot test, he could not do the job the way we would want it. I am writing this because of Markus’ honesty and integrity. We don’t see that enough anymore. I do like to recommend “Clean it to the Max” for others who want their tiles and carpets cleaned. You will get someone that will do the job as needed and will not take advantage of its customers.

These guys were incredible! Very professional and very friendly. They got two dog pee stains out of my carpet that I really didn’t think it was gonna come out. Their price point was stellar! Very respectful gentleman! I even made sure to grab about 20 of their business cards to give to my Solar homeowner customers! I used to fear, red wine, sippin’ on white carpet… And now the red wine fears the scotchguard in my carpet 😜
