Team did an excellent job with the thorough cleaning of our house. We were so impressed with Maid Right of Henderson that we have scheduled them for additional house cleanings.

I used Maid Right for an initial cleaning at my Mom's house in Henderson, NV. The owner Sean is very personable and was reasonable with pricing and discussing what would be done. Sean and Daisy arrived and started the work in the bathroom and kitchen. Rachel and Joycelyn showed up a little later and jumped in to help. Sean moved on to another job while the trio of ladies finished my Mom's house. They were all professional and left my Mom's house in good shape. I am hoping to schedule a monthly cleaning routine with Maid Right of Henderson.

Absolutely love this company. Sean, the owner, is wonderful. Really came through for me at a tragic time in my life when it truly counted. The first time I met him and his crew was when he handled all my next day cleaning needs for a memorial. I was beside myself and he came through for me. All the employees are kind, professional and good at their jobs. I certainly recommend them. I've been with them for about 3 years now. A friend of mine started using them about a year ago and loves them too.

I am a mom, dog owner, and working actress with a very busy hubby. We don’t have a lot of time to tend to our home which usually falls on me, and the laundry overload made me think I needed to finally hire house cleaners to help out. Upon first call, I made sure they knew that laundry and functionality were my biggest priority and was assured they could get that done for me. I even had a number text me after that initial call, confirming that laundry would be included in the service and asking if I wanted to schedule more sessions (before I even confirmed the booking with the person I spoke to on the phone). After speaking with my husband we decided to go ahead and book, so I called back and did just that. The other number kept texting me to schedule repeating service, so I scheduled a month out every two weeks. The first deep cleaning was $300, and Sean called me the night before. I once again told him what I expected, and I was informed that they don’t do laundry. Again, the night before. Which was the whole reason I hired this company, but I decided to overlook it and figured having the house deep cleaned would make it so much easier to do myself. We scheduled 3 hours, and two cleaners. The house was not deep cleaned at all. Did not touch any of the ceiling fans or windowsills (says on their website they do), put dirty coffee cups from the counter in my bathtub rather than at least bringing them down to my sink, left toilet brushes on the counter (so much for sanitizing), did not clean drip pans on stove, base boards… a LOT was missed. They left 15 mins early as well. I told Sean my concerns (when I had only noticed a few things) and he offered to send the girls back the following Monday. After realizing how bad it actually was, I told him I wanted to just skip that and for the next cleaning, requested new cleaners. Did not receive a text back, and when I needed to reschedule my next appointment, he sent a slightly rude text back, which I included in my photos. But didn’t reschedule the other one. No one showed up for either the rescheduled appointment, nor the one after that. Not a good experience, and paid a lot for the bare minimum. NOT a deep clean.

Maid Right of Henderson sent out Rachel E. and Team to perform a move-out service for my home. They did a phenomenal job cleaning in 2 hours. Will choose them again for all future cleaning services.

Now here's an opportunity to support a deserving local business for outstanding service. Owners are directly involved, listen, and also hire trained, capable, and personable individuals. The team...really helping me out also listened, and I'm still discovering their good deeds, outside the scope of work, I didn't even think about. And...I thought, I was a detailist haha

First time maid right team did our house. They were very thorough and paid attention to the areas that needed extra effort to get clean. ….like they cleaned the door sill at the front door and cleaned the slides at the bottom of the sliding doors to our patio.
We have a large stone floor walk in shower that they made sparkle. In the kitchen they were careful to clean the back tile to the stove and the hood to remove the grease. We were very happy with their work and will schedule them again. Thanks Maid Right !!

This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever hired. The two cleaning ladies came to my house and I’ve never seen one person work so slow. Do not book with maid right! I texted the owner very upset when I saw everything in the morning and how bad of a job they did and how long they took. The owner texted me back saying I’m sorry my maids made a mistake, there’s nothing I can do about it. This owner is unprofessional and I promise once you book with them you will find out the hard way.

Trustworthy, Reliable, fair pricing and Professional. I’ve been using Maid right of Henderson for 6 months. I’m very happy with the quality of the cleaning. They give me a scheduled day and time frame. The owner is easy to communicate with and I have felt comfortable not being home. They have been responsive with my requests for cleaning fans, windows, and trays in my bathrooms.

They really do a great job. I had a bad headache this morning and my Dad had just come home from the hospital and they REALLY helped me by making his bedroom look nice again and his bathroom. Thank you so much Stephanie and her team.

I highly recommend Maid Right of Henderson! Everyone was professional, responsive, flexible and patient with my move out clean date. The two women who came to clean my house were professional, efficient and fast. They finished cleaning my house in less than 3 hours for a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1255 sq ft two story townhome and they brought their own cleaning supplies. I did not have anymore furniture in the house, which probably made cleaning the house go by quick but at least this gives you an estimate of what to expect!

Poor service. I had an issue with their cleaning. I reached out multiple ways and waited 10 days and heard nothing. Finally I told them to cancel and all of a sudden they responded. When things are going wrong it is a true a sign of a company and this one failed the test.

This is the second time I have utilized the services provided by Maid Right of Henderson.Stephanie and the team did an excellent job of cleaning my home and preparing our casita for guests that were arriving (despite the 70 mile and hour storm that was raging). I'm very thankful for the job they perform. They are prompt, courteous, and very efficient.

I needed a company that had high standards, and I found Maid Right. At the same time, I am a type of person that expects results. When I spoke to Sean, I knew pretty quick that he was a guy who cared about my needs but also was quick to accommodate around my busy schedule.

I was moving from a rental to a new home and my house needed a thorough cleaning. After they were done with cleaning my house. I stopped by to check it out and I was truly impressed by them. Stephanie and her team did a great job!
