Two years ago I had another company do a pond for me. Even though they had come highly recommended by an established landscape business, they botched it. I called Tranquility Ponds to do the fix, which was essentially a do-over. What a difference! These folks at Tranquility are total pros. They know how to do a pond so it looks like something you'd find in the wild - which was my original intent. The final result is everything I'd imagined it to be, a real desert waterhole right in my backyard, all thanks to Daniel McNeil and his crew at TP.

Tranquility Ponds are more then ponds. They also have water fountains and features, statues, wall decor and lawn decor. Good variety of items and reasonably prices. They have something for everyone.

Get place is Vegas to get various pond supplies. There biggest stock is with ornamental pond decorations along with various types of pottery and outdoor fountains and whatnot. They also have a decent stock of other pond supplies and accessories including pond plants and even koi.

We've had Byron out twice to work on our waterfall & pond. He is the BEST! Does a great job, thorough and just a great guy. Wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Super friendly guy, I came in with no knowledge of ponds. He took the time to walk me through pictures that I took, and explained the parts, functions, maintenance. .

The person over phone and email is extremely rude arrogant and lacks any kind of customer centricity. Terrible with their customer support. Stay away for pond work etc.

This is the best place for pond builds/repairs if you're looking for THE WORST PLACE FOR POND REPAIRS. Or adversely, the best place to refer anyone who needs pond work that you personally hate. Abhorrent customer service. Not worth it to pick up the phone, owner will only text you. If you remotely question their service they'll list out reasons how/why they're not responsible for the trouble you've had after their initial work. If you feel you have to do business with this SHAM operation, pay only with Amex or Credit Card and be prepared to dispute charges.

Called another centrally located Pond guy, explained my experience and he came out fast, fixed the damage they did for free and couldn't have been nicer.

Tranquility Ponds put in our pond four years ago and it's great. Their service has been excellent, including replacing two faulty pumps over the years at no cost. Highly recommended!

I called to schedule a leak repair for my pond. I received an email confirming the date and time. They were a no show. I called and left messages and emailed to find out what happened. It's been over a week and I have had no response. If customer service is important to you, this isn't the place. I called Sun-Moon landscaping and they took care of everything in a professional manner.
