Great selection, friendly service.

We had a pond built by Tranquility a couple years ago and it has turned into a swamp. They know how to make a pond look good to last a good while but then the gravel on the bottom fill with sludge and they can't be cleaned. The water has been filthy for the last year. Finally I pulled out all of the gravel-sludge on the bottom and this caused the large rocks on the sides to slide down taking the liner with it so now the pond edge leaks if I fill it to the top. There is no float with their design, and my landscape water was tapped into to save them this expense and they inserted 4 drip lines into my irrigation that gush water into the pond and then it overflows the pond till the irrigation shuts off whenever the irrigation is on. There are many pond floats on the market. They are just being cheap not having to run any pipe and put in a pond float. The waterfall also shifted down when I pulled out the gravel and the rocks under the waterfall are large and I just found out that these are sitting ON MY PUMP.

So that means that when my pump burns out eventually, I have to take the whole entire waterfall apart to get to the pump. I looked at the pump and there is no fitting to disconnect the pump for easy changing the pump. Instead I will have to cut pipes and glue in new ones. What kind of company does that? They make a pretty looking pond and promise the world so they get paid, but they could care less about long term design. I called the store and I was told by Holly the owner that I shouldn't have touched anything, but rather should have poured in chemicals that would clear the water and clean the gravel (that I have to buy from her store). I'm re-doing the pond myself.

Where is the pride in workmanship these days? Shameful.

Worste company in Las Vegas. Owner is unprofessional and doesnt pay her workers. Does not respond to customers and treats everyone with worste customer care possible. She had one good kid working for her Justin but he left do to her not paying him.

WORST customer service ever for mediocre service. The owner, Holly, was completely insulting and rude! So many other and better companies available in Las Vegas.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Stay far away. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Their idea of monthly maintenance for ponds is to put in some algae tabs and skim the top. They do not clean filters, pumps or do anything above and beyond. Then when questioned about the service, Holly explained I was in the wrong. Not on the phone, but via text. Not only that, I had been a customer for almost 2 years, and they just forgot to come and maintenance my pond for the past 2-3 months. When I questioned them on that, I supposedly lived too far North and just "fell off" the schedule. I wish I could give lower stars.

I got in touch to order a replacement part for my pond filter. Holly responded to my call via text (which was very convenient for me) and answered all my questions promptly. She contacted PondMax for me and found out that the parts would cost about the same for a brand new filter at a discounted price! Thank you so much for your service Holly! :)

Fun place, prices may be a little bit higher than they need to be. Koi fish are 45 bucks, plants are about 18 or 20 bucks. Limited selection of this live stuff, tons of statuary. A great place to get a fountain if you have 400 to spend on it

Do not use this company! They are a total rip off and extremely rude. They installed my pond and a little over a year later the pump broke and they refused to even offer a discount on another one. I ended up ordering one online because it was much better and a quarter of their quoted price. Then a year later I had a major leak in my pond. I called them on a Friday extremely concerned because my water was so low I could see the fishes backs sticking out. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and was telling me that there is no emergencies for ponds and to just keep adding water to it (though the entire pond leaked in less than 14 hours). I begged them to come on a Saturday (because they said they don't work Saturday's). After several minutes of her arguing with me that it isn't a big deal and I need to relax, she finally made an appointment for Saturday. We cancelled all our plans for that day waiting for them to show up and they never came nor called. We hired someone else and then after we called to complain that no one came she tried to say I was lying and they have gps and that they knocked on my door and we didn't answer. This is impossible because I live in a guard gated community and we would have had to let them in before they came to our door. She became irate after I refused to tell her what company we hired. For anyone who wants to know, we hired Pond Pros and they were extremely professional and saved us about $200 off of Tranquility Ponds price. I will never ever use Tranquility Ponds again. It's really funny because as I was calling every company in town they all commented on how terrible they are too. Don't be a victim of poor customer service and paying over priced fees like we were!

We had a 4,000 gal pond installed by Tranquility, they removed two ponds and my Koi and built the triple water fall 4,000 gal pond in 4 days and we didn't loose any fish. The pond is beautiful and Daniel and his crew did a great job. Had a pump fail and Holly had a tech and Daniel at my home in a day with a new pump. I highly recommend them for your pond needs.

If you need a fountain, or a pond, or any backyard gnomes-sunbursts-rock pets, etc.. This is the place. Do you need a large pot, or a small one! The guys here are helpful, knowledgeable, and have held on to our fountain for months till we could install it! Need delivery, golden! Need storage, they got it! Every month we visited it, they would say welcome back!

Extremely unprofessional. This is not the first time my family has had an issue with this company. I was scheduled for a pump replacement at 2pm today. There was no call to reschedule or to say they were not showing up. I attempted to call them 5 times between 3-5pm. The company’s mailbox is full and you’ll get a response saying they are with a customer, what’s your name and address. This sends each time. When I expressed being upset, the response below was to “take my anger down a notch”. Should have not trusted them with a second chance after my uncles experience.

I went on a Saturday morning and the people there were very friendly and attentive. There were life size figures akin to what you would see in an amusement park or in front of a mansion. If you are looking for a fountain,figurine,yard decor or building a pond,this is the place to go. I o my had 20 minutes to peruse the store but would have easily spent hours. Even if you don't plan on buying anything for your yard I suggest going to enjoy the atmosphere.

We visited today to purchase pond plants and were met right away with quick and friendly service. We were able to get some great advice for our pond, get a few plants and get out and on our way within 10 minutes! The plants are very healthy and were reasonably priced. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend this business!

I had my pond installed 4 years ago. I loved it so much I have since expanded it and had a redesign. Holly and her Crew are always professional. Their store always has a large inventory of decorative items to enhance the pond and yard. It is no exaggeration when I say "They are the Best in the Business!" They are always courteous and prompt for any appointments. If your are considering enhancing your yard or garden; I strongly recommend Tranquility Ponds.

Awesome fountain store. They have an extensive selection of fountains, planters and an assortment of yard accessories. It's a well organized store and the associates are very helpful and friendly!

They have a massive selection of fountains and statues at this place they were also to help able to help me out with my pond pump and ordered it and I got it the next day I can't speak anymore highly of the Fantastic service here these people are great and they know what they're doing
