Lowell from AR Complete was a Godsend this past week! Our air conditioning went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far, and the company sent out help in under 24 hours! We were so pleased with the service, professionalism, and expeditionness of the response! THANK YOU Lowell and AR complete FOR PHENOMENAL SERVICE!

Our home warranty company dispatched our call for one of our furnaces not working. I submitted the claim on Sunday. The company called me within an hour of me putting the claim to schedule an appointment for the following Monday 8-noon. Nick showed up, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within an hour. From the office to the technician Nick they were fabulous and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Very thankful for both techs coming and getting our AC back on. Both Shadd and his fellow tech were cool and the team got to us at the earliest point in the window of arrival stated! This happened In both the intial assesment visit and the follow up up visit which saved a good portion of my day. The dispatcher was also pleasant and worked with my schedule to get us back up and running. Will def use them from now on

A&R did a great job fixing my AC! They checked the indoor temp, worked outside on the unit in the heat, and worked inside on the unit until it was fixed! The techs were courteous and knowledgeable! And, they arrived on time!! 5 Stars for sure!!!!

Shadd and Maurice came out to help with my Nest thermostat issue, which wasn't working properly on the first floor of the house I recently moved into. After diagnosing the issue and they concluded that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I agreed and they made sure the new thermostat they replaced was working smoothly before leaving.

They were both very professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of my home, even wore booties to protect my floors, which was appreciated. It's rare to see that level of care and attention to detail these days and it was very welcoming!

Highly recommend this company, especially Shadd and Maurice and would definitely use them again in the future!

My Home Warranty company set me up them for an AC Repair- They called me incredibly fast to schedule service, even went so far to reschedule when something came up, and then the day of the repair went above and beyond to find the issue that had caused problems even when the unit was currently working - they made sure to find out what was causing the issues and replace and repair the unit. Very happy with my service and the experience was top level.

My technician Donnie was very honest and had great communication. He was on time and wore his shoe covers. Professional and polite and the service was quick. If you want an honest company who hire people with integrity call them for service you won’t be disappointed and you definitely won’t be ripped off!

My central AC wasn’t cooling down. An A&R Complete Service dispatch contacted me shortly after I placed a service request and scheduled an appointment. Technician Carson arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue clearly and fixed it by replacing the condenser fan. Carson was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. Thanks to his expertise, my AC is now working perfectly. My central air stopped working on a day with extreme heat warnings. The office was closed so I left a message. The owner personally called me within 30 minutes to get all of the information needed to have his technician come out the next day! He was on time, polite, professional and got me up & running. I am so grateful for this company and how much of priority they made me! I highly recommend A&R!!

My home warranty had A&R Complete Service Corp come out to check on an airflow issue affecting several rooms in my home. They quickly diagnosed the problem as an issue with the ductwork in the attic. The technician was prompt, professional, and had no trouble crawling up into the attic to assess and resolve the problem.

Service was smooth from start to finish — no complaints at all. They got the job done efficiently and explained everything clearly.

Made appointment through American Home Shield for fall service on our heating units. Appointment time was 0900 to 1200. Technician arrived at 0922 completed service and was on his way by 1000.

He was so knowledgeable and cooperative and kind to get the job done in a smooth way and timely manner. He was also so prepared and ready to resolve the unexpected problems in his hand. Thanks for his good and professional service again.

Amazing Experience! I would highly recommend this company for their quick and professional service. We just had our A/C go out in the 110 degree temps. Received a quote and the install was set up the next day. The whole process was seamless and the crew was very friendly. Cannot thank them enough!

It is never fun when your AC goes out in the middle of a heat wave. Jeremiah at A&R was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with tips to get my home warranty to approve the repairs quickly so that he could get to resolving my issues. Also, everyone on the scheduling staff was friendly and helpful, answering my calls quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Donnie was fantastic. He wore booties on his work shoes so my clean floors did not get dirty which my wife and I appreciate. He arrived within the window I was provided, and he explained the process and what was going on with my HVAC system. He was great.

DAVID & BRIAN have to be some of the most stand up guys I've dealt with. Went from panicking about it getting to hot for my Autistic child, to relaxing in some nice A/C in a matter of hours. David, he's the owner, he called me personally to make sure that everything was ok, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were ok. Brian, I believe he's the supervisor, contacted me when he was on his way. Extremely professional and understanding, I can be a bit mutch. He showed up and was very polite and courteous to me and mine.

Most of the bad reviews on here are from insurance claims it seems where insurance companies don't do their best at communicating with the company they contract.

I'll be going back to A&R for ALL my HVAC needs. My friends and family as well. Thank you again guys!!! You rock!!

Reached out to these guys after my heater stopped working. They came out same day! The repairman Lowell got it fixed on the spot. I'll definitely be giving them a call in the future should I have any more issues.

A & R air conditioning and heating is a Fantastic company!! They were 100% quick fast efficient Very knowledgeable which impressed my husband and I both!!! Our air conditioning went out even though it was a brand new unit A&R contacted us immediately scheduled an appointment for the following morning!!!! I've lived here my whole life people and yes the very next morning Donnie was here at my home to repair my unit!!! They have a customer for life!!!!

The technician did a thorough check of my home’s heating system, making sure it was ready for the winter months ahead. He was very helpful and showed me how to install the new filter in the attic unit. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with.
