So glad I found this company!!! Had a new system installed in 2019 and have had issues the last 3 yrs. "That Never To Be Named Co" came out each year and tried to fix issues at crazy costs. I finally had enough and after researching, called Desert Valley. Richard was amazing- spent 40 minutes in the attic-found all the issues and showed me photos of the botched job and how they tried to basically duct tapes mistakes! I now have a brand new unit with all new duct work and it works so well. The crew was fast and professional and the cost reasonable. The girl who answers the phone is wonderful and absolutely a delight to talk to! I am staying with this company (and I had my daughter switch also) and would encourage you to consider switching to them for service and repair. These days it is so hard to find a company you can trust-way to go DVH&C :)
