I cannot say enough great things about Sunrise Service! They came to our home to replace the heat exchangers on our furnace today in the summer heat — they did the entire repair at absolutely no cost to us because they discovered parts of the system had been installed incorrectly back in 2020 when the house was built, and they took full responsibility for it.

It’s rare these days to find a company that stands by their work and values their customers like this. The technicians Nathan and Ritchie were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The entire process was smooth, respectful of our time and home, and done with a level of honesty that you just don’t see very often.

Sunrise Service turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a reminder of what true customer service looks like. We are beyond grateful — and now loyal customers for life! Ryan Ejares did our regular maintenance for the heating system today. He was very thorough. He was also very concerned to be tidy and respectful. He sat with us to explain everything. He took detailed photographs so that we could understand the operation and maintenance needs.

Ryan with Sunrise Service was on time, prepared, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our issue, completed the repair, and tested the unit to make sure it functioned properly before leaving. He offered helpful maintenance tips as well. Will use Sunrise again and will ask for Ryan.
