They had a plumber to my house in a timely manner and he was great about explaining the problem, as well as answering some other questions I had about the way the plumbing is set up in my house. My bill wound up being less than what they initially quoted me. Highly recommend.

Catania & Son made some major changes to our plumbing. They are outstanding! They permit anything that is necessary; the City of Henderson is very familiar with this company (a good sign). Every employee was professional and courteous. They are also cost competitive. We HIGHLY recommend Catania & Son Plumbing!!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She’s worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. I highly recommend them to anyone for a true diagnostic and resolution without getting ripped off. Thank you again Catania and Son!

In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

Would highly recommend hiring Catania and Son Plumbing. I hired them to replace a faucet in a rental home and they provided a competitive quote and coordinated the work with the tenant. The tenant reported they were very nice and the work was done well.

Update: We needed a plumber again recently and did not hesitate to call them for another quote. They answered on a weekend, gave a fair quote and did another great job.

Absolutely LOVE this company! Jerry and Helen are knowledgeable, customer service friendly and extremely nice/good people all wrapped in one. Have been using them for about 5 years now on numerous different plumbing issues i’ve had since purchasing my home and I would never even consider looking anywhere else when i need plumbing work done. Had a toilet clog, Helen responded right away with an ETA and was also upfront with pricing. Jerry and his son were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He was a pleasure to chat with, would highly recommend!

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. I highly recommend this company to anybody that requires plumbing services.

They came and fixed my leaky shower head quickly and efficiently. Very easy to work with and super nice too! They were easy to communicate with through text and worked with me to get to the house as quickly as possible. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Had to replace our water heater on 9/17/2025, received excellent services from Catania & Son. Below is a gist of events:
1. found our water heater to be leaking on morning of 9/17/25.
2. i called Catania at 8:01am, Helen texted me at 8:15am. after verifying that our water heater warranty had expired in February 2025 (after 6.5 years of use). Helen scheduled technicians to arrive at our house between 11am & 12 noon.
3. Jerry & crew arrived at the house before 11am. after ascertain the water heater needs to be replaced, they drained the tank then went back to pick up a new water heater which was installed by 1pm, 9/17/25.
4. Jerry & crew were the consummate professional & answered my questions with friendly demeanors.
We appreciate Helen & Jerry for their quick response; i will definitely use Catania & Son in the future.

Helen arranged my service with ease and the timing was prompt . Jerry came over and took care of my toilet leak with expediency. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and reliable. Very friendly and courteous.

I called a plumber to fix the leaking bathtub faucet in our bathroom. The technician replaced the faulty internal seal and tested the faucet carefully. The dripping stopped right away.

Saw water forming around the base of the bathroom sink cabinet. Contacted this plumbing service to inspect it. The technician replaced a damaged pipe fitting. The cabinet is dry again.

Water started appearing under the bathroom cabinet. I contacted this plumbing service for help. The technician found a leaking pipe joint and replaced it. The cabinet is completely dry now.

Kitchen drain blocked suddenly. This service cleared the clog efficiently. Water drains perfectly now.

Had shower repair and shower installation done by their crew. The results are fantastic. This plumbing business delivers quality work.

The bathtub faucet kept dripping nonstop. Called their experts and they fixed it quickly. Finally no more constant dripping.
