During dinner prep, the kitchen sink began backing up badly. The blockage was removed and the pipes were flushed clean. Since then, water drains quickly without any issues.

The basement utility sink drained very slowly every time we used it. I contacted this service for assistance. They performed a deep drain cleaning and flushed the buildup completely. The flow is perfect now and their team was extremely professional.

Keith was great! He explained what he was doing step by step and answered my numerous questions. Wonderful experience. Will definitely use them again...hopefully not for a long time.

After getting an absurd quote from Yes Air Conditioning and Plumbing (400 to replace a wax seal and 1200 to replace an accessible pipe!), Phil from Sin City came to my house to give me an estimate. He quickly looked at it and came to a price that was just more than a quarter of the cost Yes quoted. Appropriate pricing, honest, and amazing service. They have incredible integrity, and I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you thank you.

Nate was prompt, professional and arrived on time. David also came out and was also professional . Both guys did an AMAZING JOB pinpointing the leak and quickly resolving the problem. They saved me money by finding and fixing the leak instead of doing a complete hot water repipe which would have cost a lot more. I highly recommend Sin City plumbing above all the others who wouldnt have went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would,their the BEST IN THE BUSINESS hands down.

Tech was nice and did a good job.

On the downside after replacing two toilet tanks he could have offered to take them and dispose them at their shop. Instead just left them in the hallway and I had to remove them. Note I just had back surgery not something I needed to lift.

The other issue I was quoted an hourly price. The service total should have been $100 as it took him 20 minutes for the work. Even after my comments to him he still charged me $200.

Not very smart since we just started using them on other projects. Might have to rethink this now.

We didn't choose Sin City plumbing, the home warranty company did. But after the service call, they are now my preferred plumber whenever I need a plumber for one of our properties. Their response time was fast and the follow up was exceptional. Corky went above and beyond for our client. He called me to talk about options and rather than charge a bunch of money he explained warranty options through Moen. I deal with contractors all the time in the real estate industry and believe when I say I was totally impressed and won't use anyone else now!!! Thank you for taking care of our homeowner and providing such amazing customer service!! If you want honest and A+ service you will get it from Sin City!!

Mark was very informative and explained that our issue was actually condensation from our AC. He showed me footage and pictures and explained why there were leaks on both floors. My only wish is that they were able to do the AC too. But, he went the extra step and talked to our AC company to explain to them what I needed. Wow, thank you so much! Plus, he answered some of my other plumbing questions unrelated to our issue. I will definitely keep their number! Now I can do the laundry while I wait...great.

Sam was wonderful. He is patient detail oriented and great at communicating. He genuinely wants you to be happy with his services and it shows. The company submitted a Covid text message reassuring me of the precautions there plumbing techs are taking in order to keep us all safe. I highly recommend Sam and Sin City Plumbing. I will be using them on all my future real estate transactions

Robert is top notch. He was very helpful with the initial visit and letting us know the issue based on his expertise as well a sensible solution that didn’t break the bank. He was profesional and informative. The work was performed at my moms home and her peace of mind is most important to me. She’s happy so I’m happy. A great experience.

I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom going to my downstairs living room. Sin City Plumbing sent their plumber, Luis Saavedra. He was professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the exact issue within minutes. He explained to me in detail what he was going to do and showed me photos of the exact cause. Then, he fixed it... No leaks!!! He did such a great job, so I asked him to fix a shower valve that needed repair as well. He replaced the valve and the shower looks even better. Luis Saavedra is a great plumber!!! I will recommend Sin City Plumbing to all of my family and friends. Ask for Luis!

The company responded in a timely fashion and worked with my schedule. Ura the tech that came out was so professional. He did an amazing job. He was quick and efficient. He left the area clean. He was kind and explained everything he did to repair our tub. I am so satisfied with the excellent service he provided.

My first time with Sin City plumbing they came out the same day I called. I had a sewer line breakage in our shower area. Their plumber- was courteous was concerned about our safety ware mask the entire time took a look at what we had to have fixed and was able to give me a complete estimate up front and get the parts and get it repaired within very short period of time.Have used other plumbers in the past but I haven't been very satisfied with the cost of some of the projects. I'm extremely satisfied with Sin City plumbers they did an excellent job for a fair upfront cost.

Mark was awesome, he easily installed the new faucet and replaced the old shut off valves that weren't working anymore. All the leaks are gone. He was very professional, called me before arriving, very down to earth, courteous, answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend him again. Thanks Mark!

Have used Sin City Plumbing twice now. One for a root intrusion issue with our sewer line, and just recently for a broken compression fitting on our patio faucet. After our first service, we asked for Corky by name for our second service. Both times he was extremely polite, personable, and did excellent work. Was extremely happy to find out that the repairs came in under what I was expecting to pay. Would absolutely recommend Sin City.
