Justin sent me a message about the appointment introducing himself with picture so I would know him when he came. I liked that very much. He shook my hand as soon as he got here, which was as scheduled not late. He gave us an estimate telling us he can get it done within the day. We are happy with the work he did. It didn’t take him very long at all.very professional & respectful of our property. I would recommend him highly & definitely call him back if needed other work done.

Sent an email the night prior to them contacting me. They called early in the morning & a tech was heading my way & would be there by 8 am & he was on time. Compared price of replacing my hot water tank to one installed by another company in a home near by & Atlas was a much better price. Donnie Parke was extremely professional & patient with all my questions. A friend who knew the owner recommended them & glad she did! Very satisfied with their response & quality workmanship.

Company was an absolute delight the deal with. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Sam the plumber arrived timely and answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. He was very precise on the work I will definitely recommend them to others and use the again shall any issues arise.

I tried to do a DIY project and wound up over my head. 1 call to Atlas and I was rescued by Glenn and Damien. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. Glenn pointed out a problem with a connector (press-on type). After discussing it with me, they replaced both connectors with a better quality and reliability connector. I can not be more impressed with their skills and work ethic. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing and Glenn and Damien.

Very quick to arrive and was able to fix one leak and ordered parts to fix another issue and will return in a couple days. Prices moderate. In office staff professional. Plumbers are capable.

Had a major plumbing issue with my water softener membrane deteriorating and spitting little chunks into my water lines. All my faucets and toilets started leaking and eventually clogged up. In calling around Atlas: (1) Came the same day even though I called at 2-3pm, (2) Did not charge me $90 to do a diagnostic, (3) had a quote half the price of the other quote I got, and (4) did the work the next day.

Glenn was super nice, very understanding, and was able to rehab some stuff we thought might need replacing. He came back twice, the same day I called, to address issues and proactively did a more thorough cleaning of the washing machine even though I hadn't asked for it.

Atlas Plumbing not only met but exceeded my expectations. Our hot water tank ruptured on a Saturday. I called Home Depot for installers and was told Atlas is their preferred contractor. I can see why. They were there first thing Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon I had hot water again. You decided to do away with the archaic hot water tank and went with a tankless water heater. Their employees were professional, friendly, and very helpful with making our decision. I had a few quotes from other plumbing companies, but Atlas was honest about the job costs. I’m so happy which I chose to use Atlas Plumbing, and they will be our plumbers for future needs. Bye bye dinosaur!

Atlas replaced the supply lines and drain on MB roman tub last year. Prompt, efficient, friendly, and kept within the estimate. Perfect result.

Julian and the other plummer were both terrific! Im not sure of his name, but completely satisfied with the service and workmanship.

Technician could not identify issue/parts. Company did not call back to confirm they could not research parts or fix issue. When I called the company to inquire, it was determined the technician annotated they could not find the parts but no one had any intention to follow up with us. It took me personally 5 minutes to reverse image search the parts needed.

Atlas did a great job. The guys were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and attentive to my plumbing issues. Will use Atlas again for certain, no need to look elsewhere.

Atlas Plumping came highly recommended and their plumbing tech, Justin lived up to my expectations. First, I appreciated him arriving on time. He installed toilet; a touchless motion sense faucet; sink; garbage disposal; and added a TMP drain line, which was not on the original to do list in approximately 3 hrs and this includes the time he had to go and purchase the part(s) for TMP line. I also appreciated that he wore booties: leaving my.home neat and clean. He checked for leaks and answered ALL my questions as well. Lastly, I asked him if Atlas could install my Enagic water unit. He will investigate installing my Enagic and let me know. This was a very positive experience. Thanks a million Justin!!

While the news wasn't really very good about the condition of our main line, I will say that our technician, Shane was really great with explaining everything and showing the problem with pictures and video. Atlas plumbing will definitely be our go to company for future issues. Thank you.

I called this company for a plumbing leak that my mother had at her home, as I was out of town at the time.
The gentleman that answered the phone was a true professional and very courteous as we explained the problem.
He was very nice and said that a repairman would be at my moms house that same day between 10am and Noon.
He also explained that there would be no charge for an estimate and on-site visit. In a addition, he also stated that the plumber would be ready to repair the problem that same moment, if we agreed to the cost associated with the repair. This is a very respectable approach to doing business and extremely honest and fair. I will update this review once the job is completed as I anticipate 5 STAR service, based on my experience thus far.

He was on time and his assessment of the situation and subsequent repair was top notch.
I cannot say enough great things about this company, their employees, and the process.
My 90 year old mother lives in Vegas and I was in Florida at the time. I TRUSTED Atlas Plumbing and they EXCEEDED every expectation I had.
Should we experience any other plumbing issues or needs in the future, I will immediately call ATLAS PLUMBING.

Glenn and Julian did a fantastic job replacing our buildings main shut off and wall hydrants. Excellent customer service and quick! Joe in the office was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

They came out and let me know the hot/cold shower fixture was not defective but the part behind the turn knob was not working. They replaced the part and the shower valve is restored to turning smoothly. Thank goodness 😊
