We used sin city plumbing recently and we’re really impressed! Nate came to the rescue, he was on time, professional, and efficient. We are so glad he was sent out. We will definitely use sin city again after our experience. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and informative

We were so pleased with our service with Sin City Plumbing through the entire process starting from the moment we called to book a service to the very moment our technician left. We felt very lucky with Sam as our technician as he was on top of everything! He provided excellence customer service and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. We appreciated his feedback, guiding us through the process, and follow-up instructions. We highly recommend!

Nate and his assistant did a great job. They were quick and efficient. We are very happy with the work they provided. If we need any other plumbing needs we will be calling Sun City Plumbing.

Used Sin City a couple of times now and they are awesome! Had to have shutoff valves installed so our new appliances could be installed and Diego showed up and was fast, courteous and got what we needed done. Great company !

Was having a water flow issue and contacted Sin City Plumbing. They were able to schedule me the same day. Adrian was phenomenal. He explained everything to me on why it was happening and once he fixed the problem he explained what he did.
Would definitely recommend this company.

We were notified of a potential leak by the water company. This was our first time using Sin City Plumbing but it won’t be our last. Our technician Brandon R. was amazing! His customer service was exceptional and he was very respectful of our home. He was thorough and professional when inspecting our property for leaks or other issues. Once he detected the problems he took the time to explain it to me in depth prior to fixing the issues. He finished the job within an hour! I highly recommend Sin City Plumbing but specifically Brandon R.

I probably should have written this review sooner. I have used Sin City Plumbing 3 times in the last year and they have been wonderful to deal with each time. Two of the times I called them for emergency leaks, and they were at my house within a few hours. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

I was very impressed with Nate. He assessed and fixed my faucet leak quickly. He also inspected the rest of the household plumbing and gave me a list of recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend him and Sin City Plumbing.

I have used Sin City plumbing before and highly recommend their service at that time that was in 2014. Today my hot water heater had to be replaced. It was replaced by a service man whose name was Diego. As far as I am concerned, I would hire him for my company, if I had a company. Very easy to talk to. Very easy to understand. If you have any questions, he took the time to explain everything to you. He said he would be here at 9 o’clock. He was here at 8:58 AM. He was finished by 11:30 AM he did everything by himself. When finish, he explained everything to me and told me if I needed any more help to call the office. The people at Sin City Plumbing are very nice people and when I told them my hot water heater was not working and it’s connected to the heat in my condo , they sent somebody over right away now I have a new hot water heater and quite pleased to find out that they took military discount. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Normally I don’t do reviews but this really deserved it. Thank you again Diego .

Luis was super smart and informative. Knew how to break everything down to me so I understood. He's respectable and honest. Prices were reasonable. Going to take them up on an offer and have him do the repair. Will update after the repair is done.

I recently had electric run to my shed. Sin City was very helpful and professional from the office interactions with Vanessa to the electrician Phillip. He explained everything in detail and kept me informed of the progress. ( Permits needed). The installation was fast and efficient and did a great job with clean up!. I also used them on the plumbing side for a minor issue with my water heater ( user error). Oscar made the service call the same day. Fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sin City Plumbing and Electric. Thankyou for a positive experience!

I was impressed with everyone i dealt with at Sin City. Luis was especially helpful, keeping us constantly informed along the way. I will definitely be using them again (i just hope not TOO often.)
Everyone made an expensive experience at least somewhat pleasant.

I have used sin city plumbing twice now, once on an emergency call with a toilet, and another to fix a leak outside our home. Both times they have gone above and beyond. Our plumber Nate was friendly, courteous and took the time to walk us through everything he was doing. The communication from start to finish was unbelievable. Can’t recommend enough.

We had sin city plumbing come out and give us an estimate to replace a water heater. The bid was a bit high but we decided to go ahead and have them so the job since my husband is disabled and unable to do it himself. They showed up to do the job, and all the sudden, they said it would be at least $1000 more to complete the job. I understand that an estimate is just that. An estimate. But, come on. Be reasonable. $100 more ok. $150 is kind of pushing it but $1000. We told them that was way too much so they charged us $70 for just coming out. So they lie when they say upfront pricing. Beware!!!

Had SSP install our new kitchen sink. Tyler was completely professional and full of great knowledge and advice regarding the sink. After coming by for an estimate, we scheduled the job with them the following week, Tyler arrived on time and the sink looks absolutely gorgeous.

Luis & Kevin did a great job for us. The work was done in a professional manner and I was really impressed with their attention to detail and keeping us in the loop. Customer service was spot on including that of David and Vanessa. I’ll continue to use Sin City Plumbing and highly recommend them..

I called yesterday to make an appointment for the following day and they were able to accommodate. I called 4 different companies and this company was the only ones who answered. Luis was amazing!! He was on time and very knowledgeable! Very informative, respectful and answered all questions. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Stay away from this company. They will destroy half of your house inside only to change the pipe thats actually outside the house just so they can charge more. Stay away! All they needed to fix is leak outside the house but they destroyed half of garage you can see in a picture and my heater now is leaking like a waterfall. Stay away!!!
