Awesome customer service. My tech Shayne explained the problem and solution which was easy to understand. He is a professional and acted like one. There was mutual respect and that's not an easy thing to experience these days. I will use them again if I ever have another plumbing problem.

Alex was absolutely outstanding!!! I've used the same service company that installed the Rinnai. In 4 years they never recognized that there were issues with the machine. Frequently I experienced both the hottest and the coldest shower...all within a 30 second span. Water flow always seemed weak and I would have to turn the shower all the way to hot to get a warm warm flow shower. That changed today. I made decision to use a different service company and used the Rinnai website to find alternatives. The closest company was Atlas. I called, Joe answered the phone and told me that they would be at the house in about an hour. Alex, the service tech, sent me a profile prior to arrival. He showed up dressed professionally including a bow tie! It took him less than 5 minutes to identify a multiple number of issues. He fixed the issues and flushed the machine in about 2 hours. I took my first shower in the fixed machine...it's a different world! Strong hot water flow throughout the shower! The experience I had expected 4 years ago when I bought this machine. I am tremendously happy with the service from Atlas and Alex is absolutely top notch!!!

Justin from Atlas came to service our home and he was outstanding. Very informative and patient, I must say! He came on time, diagnosed the issue, replaced the parts all within a reasonable amount of time, way faster than I had initially thought it would take. I will definitely be using your Company's services again should I need to call a plumber out again. Thank you so much!

Juston was our plumber. He replaced a Ruud hot water heater under warranty (leak started 4.25 years after install, under 6-yr warranty). Work was performed during the same day as my request for service. He was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and arrived with all required tools. He did an excellent job cleaning up the work area and double-checked to assure all work was functioning as expected before leaving.

Glen was outstanding. Precise in his approach. Listened to my needs and did not try and oversell me like the other 5 plumbers. Guy is surgical with his diagnoses and how precise he is when cutting into your home to make repairs. 10/10 would repeat.

Glenn and Bryce installed a whole house water filtration system. The work was done exactly as described, and they were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! Highly recommend them.... and I write very few reviews.

This company is absolutely the best! Our water heater went out late this afternoon, and Glenn was here 20 minutes later!!! He is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. A new water heater was installed, and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend Atlas Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

The techs were knowledgeable, explaining concepts in a way that was easy to understand, outlining every step of the process. I never felt like I was being sold something unnecessary or that they were trying to make a quick buck. Would recommend to anyone for plumbing needs. Shayne was very thorough getting the job done.

The plumbers were very friendly & respected our house. They were very knowledgeable & had the problem fixed in a jiffy. The cost was down to earth, we didn't have to take out a loan where as another company wanted 4 times more. Great experience I would highly recommend them. 10 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️

Was on time, courteous, listened to my needs, was polite and patient, most of all left it as he found it!! That’s a big complaint I have with professionals, that don’t leave it the way they found it. Clean!! Great guy. Sam is an asset to your company give that man a raise.

Prompt service for what Home Depot could not do to simply install our new fridge! Juston was fantastic, super nice guy with expertise and was quick but thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied after the new fridge installed, he checked everything to make sure all was working properly before he left. Will use Atlas Plumbing in the future should a need arrive! Thanks Juston and Atlas, you saved the day!

Alex was amazing again! He brought along a trainee today. They were both very respectful of our home & all the occupants here (pets & humans). Alex went above & beyond several ways; including by 1. Only jackhammering exactly 9 tiles from our bathroom 2. Offering to step outside while my husband & I discussed options, 3. Clearly explaining all of those options & allowing us to make a decision, while also giving us guidance & his expert opinions. He did this last time as well & we were so grateful then too. Alex is a perfect tech to have someone train with! (Side note: he is very respectful of my Gen X self & how I like to try DIY before calling a professional. It’s very considerate of him to acknowledge that) Turns out we had literal tree roots growing up in our pipes! Thank you guys for being reliable. I’m so happy to have such great experiences with your company.

Atlas plumbing did a good job at reinstalling a water heater that had been previously installed incorrectly. Glen Glove was knowledgeable and professional. I placed the call at 9am had an estimate then all repairs done by 12:30 same day.

Atlas did it again, I've been having been having problems with hot water making it to the back of the house so after the first successful transaction with Atlas I called them again. After mentioning what I was looking for they said they could have a tech over within 30 mins to provide an estimate. Justin arrived on time and he has done my water heater previously. He made some suggestions and we agreed on the solution. After giving me the damage I agreed to the price and he had the job done in an hour. Justin was fast and courteous and did a nice job .
While I can't attest to the price being the best or worst but I can say the fast and honest clean work is usually worth it.

If I could give 5+ stars I would! Great customer service. Julian was so kind and helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. We had a few issues under our kitchen sink and a week later, Julian came back out and fixed it again. Unfortunately we had another very small leak and the manager, Glenn, ended up coming back out and inspecting everything himself. He inspected and repaired it and was so kind. No issues with their work at all. They were very respectful of our time and our property! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work

The technician James was awesome. Explained everything clearly and laid out the what and why for my father in law to understand. Good pricing, and he was done quickly, even with a little additional work that needed to get done to complete the install.

Showed up within 1 hour of calling them and replaced my water heater on the spot. Great pricing and great service. Have used them for years and will continue to do so !

From the first call I made to this company once I discovered my water heater was leaking, it was nothing short of excellent service provided by the person taking my info for the appointment. I was thrilled to know, there was no trip fee. The tech came out as scheduled and I received a call morning of letting me know he was on his way so I didn't have to wait around for the 4 hours quoted. The work provided was just as described and needed. I wasn't sold on any extra parts or services which I didn't need. The tech himself, Nic was extremely professional, kind and friendly, answered many of my silly questions, and gave me tips on what to look for with the water heater moving forward. The entire experience was first-class service. Even the new water heater looks great, a new shiny tank.
