Sin City Plumbing was able to come to my home the same day I called about a leak under my upstairs bathroom. Diego and his team removed and replaced a cracked drain line quickly. Leak checked it with no further leaks. They were very professional. Highly recommend.

Diego was outstanding. He diagnosed our plumbing issue and got to work fixing it. He got that done while also training an apprentice. He’s professional and expertly knowledgeable. It wasn’t cheap but the work had to be done right. Would recommend him to others.

Did a bathroom remodel and used them for my shower drains/fittings. Stellar communication - I always knew when someone was coming and they were on time. Great work- Work looked great and they even cleaned up. I've had several contractors work on my house, rarely do they clean up and vacuum afterwards, these guys did both. These are my people now!

I hired this company to repair a main shut off at our commercial building. After weeks of coordination with our HOA to shut the water off at our business plaza (which affected 10 other business) I was notified 10 min after our scheduled appt time that our appt would need to be rescheduled due to a family emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but there was no back up plan. After I expressed how much of an inconvenience this caused for me, you would have thought the manager or owner would have called to apologize and make things right, crickets...

Had several interactions with Sin City Plumbing to get my situation properly assessed and estimated. Day 1 of major plumbing main line replacement went well. Diego and Kevin were very prompt and professional plus briefed me occasionally so I would understand work being done. Very pleased with customer service and work completed!

Day 2 Update:
ALL work successfully completed! Very pleased with knowledge and expertise of Diego. Plus greatly appreciate his willingness to educate me on work being done so I would be better prepared homeowner in future. Feel like all the work done has added years to life cycle of my home. Would definitely recommend due to professionalism and top notch, responsive customer service. THX again to Diego, Kevin, and the Sin City Plumbing TEAM!

I can only go off of my experience with this company and it’s not good. First, they were late on the first appointment, not a big deal but part of the whole picture. Second, they unnecessarily cut a bunch of holes in my walls looking for a leak. (Which were proven unnecessary by the company that ultimately completed the job without even having to go inside the house) Thankfully their quote came as high as it did which prompted me to seek out more estimates ultimately resulting in me getting the job done for a third of their quoted price.

Luis and Kevin were prompt and professional. Called at 8am and they were at my door at 10:30am. Diagnosed and fixed a problem with my water heater in a timely manner. Will recommend them to everyone in the Henderson area in need of a plumber and I will also give them my business again if I am in need of one in the future.

We had a leak that we could not find. Luis, the tech, came out and quickly located and isolated the issue. He was timely, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was also easy to get an appointment. I was able to schedule via email which is easier for me being hard of hearing. Definitely appreciate the effort of all the staff we worked with.

The communication was amazing. I need something and they were so ready to help as fast as I needed. I had a work conflict and had to change last minute and they accommodated with no issues. It is great to have that great of service these days. Thank you Sin City Plumbing

We had a water service line to our house fail. Shayne and his assistant responded in a thorough and professional way and provided us repair options.

They had to trench from our front sidewalk to the house to replace the water line. They just completed the backfill and returned our desert landscape to what it was before.

Shayne and his assistant are certainly valuable assets and ambassadors for Atlas Plumbing. Great job! We'll be asking for Shayne again for any future Plumbing needs.

Justin came same day and gave us great service! Will definitely use Atlas again!!

Had a clog in our guest bathroom on a Saturday called in the morning and Justin actually arrived an hour early. He was very nice & professional. While snaking out the sink he accidently broke off a piece of the original pipe and had to leave to get an extra part. Of course the price went up. Overall I am satisfied with the service just not sure I should be paying for something HE broke. $470.00 seems like a lot just to snake out a drain.

I called them with an emergency situation. It’s always an emergency! They showed up within an hour and half of my call and fixed the problem. Alex Rodriguez and his partner (whose name I did not get) were friendly and professional. I would recommend 10 out of 10!

Outstanding service. Juston was here for an issue with out toilet and noticed right away that our water pressure was off and suggested a fix. The difference has been night and day.

Atlas plumbing did an amazing job. Within an hour of me calling them Justin and Julio came to my home, diagnosed the problem and provided a clear estimate. Once work began , they discovered that not all the work (root clearing) would be necessary. They promptly wrapped up the work, adjusted the price estimate and provided me with some education. Amazing experience. Can’t wait to recommend them to others.

Juan was the absolute best! Super attentive professional and mindful. He really helped fixed a 3 year issue in an hour! Not only that, he added an extra shutoff valve to make things easier for me - this is my third time working with Atlas (2nd time working with Juan) and every time I keep coming back I’m never disappointed! Needed a new hose bib and Auto fill for pool replacement. Went to visit Atlas Plumbing. Had pictures of what I needed repaired. They had Justin come out with in two hrs. Gave me a quote picked up materials and finished the job the same day. Justin explained everything he was going to do and kept me informed as he was working. Great company great service. Would Recommend Atlas to take care of all your plumbing needs. Thanks Atlas.

They came same day to fix the main inlet valve to the house. Changed it from a gate valve to a ball valve. Lots of hard work out in. Great job!
