I recently had Matthew Shumaker come to replace my water softener water heater.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
Henderson arrived on time, was incredibly professional and explained everything clearly before starting work.
The appliances were put in quickly and efficiently and he left the area spotless with the removal of the old ones.
Matthew is a true asset to the company and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a water heater or softner.

Went to shower this morning and had no hot water. I then went to check on the water heater located in my garage and of course... Water heater is leaking. I called into the office and they were able to make a same day appointment. I received a call that the technician James was on the way. Got the water heater replaced by him and now I have hot water again. Thank you so much, James! You were awesome!

I called LV Water Heaters to get a backup quote for one of my rentals, as my regular plumber’s price seemed a bit high for a 50-gallon gas heater w/6-year warranty. Nick came through with a better price and a much better warranty. He was so professional, and I trusted him instantly. I hired him on the spot. I liked his work so much that I called him back the following day to replace the one at my home, as it was 10-years old and he said he’d match the price for repeat business. I love this company! I needed my hot water heater flushed and after seeing good reviews, I called to request an estimate. I wasn't expecting an appointment to be available until later in the week or next week, but I was pleasantly surprised when they had something available tonight. I gladly accept it the time frame and within the hour of very knowledgeable technician, James showed up.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained what work would be performed and my options. The price was very reasonable, so I agreed to let him do the work and he was available to do it on the spot. In less than a half hour he was done and I am very happy. This will be my go-to water heater company from now on. I highly recommend them!

I have them flush my water heater yearly. They are very professional and friendly.

The only technician they had on Saturday was out so I had to wait an additional day. The tech was really nice and helpful though when he came through. He was able to buy the piece and replace it all within the hour. The price to replace the thermocouple was pretty high compared to the average around town ($350) but I am happy with their work.

Service was good, but pricey. $75 to light the pilot which had gone out in the hot water heater and $75 for a 20 minute hot water tank flush. No discounts. $150, but I have hot water. I paid it.

Had my tankless water heater flushed for first time since I bought home a year ago. Technician Matt was great explained everything, was polite and knowledgeable .
Also broke down salt bridge and regenerate my water softener. Original water softener, will need replacement soon, gave me brochure of options.

I had techs arrive within 30 minutes of my call. They were friendly and knowledgeable. In less than an hour, they were done and the service was excellent.

The service was great. The reply time was short. There was no cost for coming to my house. The technician, James, had everything he needed on the truck to take care of my issue immediately. I have a service contract with another company that does heating and air-conditioning and also hot water heaters. They charged me $59 to come to my house to assess my problem. Their estimate was over $4000 more than Las Vegas Water Heaters.

Rinnai tankless natural gas water heater service, by a factory authorized plumbing contractor, brought me to Vegas Plumbing Service. My technician James diagnosed the “code 11” as a blockage of the gas burner or gas orifices.

I have a water softener and have had the unit flushed every 2 years since 2013. I was told that annual tankless water heater flushing, would be highly recommended because of our extremely hard water, to prevent corrosive buildup. Soft water extends that need for flushing to every 2 - 3 years.
I asked my technician James to give me a “deep clean” of my unit, to extend the life of my unit, while clearing the “code 11” which prevented hot water production.

The partial disassembly of the unit for the deep cleaning included:
1. Removal of the control panel cover.
2. Removal of the panel containing the flame sensor and igniters. Cleaned the igniters of corrosion with a Brillo pad.
3. Removed the burner assembly, from the burner housing, and used compressed air to blow out the dust and debris from the gas orifices.
4. Inspected the heat exchanger, vent motor, and burner housing. Vacuumed the dust and debris from the burner housing.
5. Unit reassembled fully cleaned, the “code 11” was cleared, and the hot water is back.
6. A 30 minute system flush of white vinegar and a chemical descaler.

My technician James, was able to get my tankless water heater operating at peak performance, and rejuvenated the 11 year old unit to “as good as new”. James’ impeccable service of my Rinnai unit has made me a customer for life. Bravo Vegas Plumbing Service!

Wow! Woke up to water all over my garage. Called Vegas plumbing first thing in the morning and they had a tech to my house in an hour. Nick P came here, give me a very good price, and had the water heater and supporting valves swapped out in about 2 hours. And, as an active military member, he was able to help me minimize the cost repairing a valve.
