Michael did an awesome job replacing water heater and water softener . He explained in simple terms what I needed ( no pressure sales tactic ) . Vegas Plumbling had equipment for same day service completion !!!

I called them because my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They called before arrival. Gary was very nice and professional. Got the job done within a hour when other companies said it would take longer. Definitely will reccomend. Made the experience painless.

Nick was my service guy that drove all the way out to Sunrise Manor where we live. Our old hot water tank had gone bad and spilled out, flooding our garage. Nick diagnosed some other major issues with the plumbing in my home and fixed them all. I am beyond grateful and I got a good deal on everything. I’ll always call on this company for any plumbing need from now on!

Nick was amazing and really helped us in what resulted in a worse case scenario with needing to replace a water heater to stop a leak had gone unnoticed since moving into our new home. Thermostat system on my 8 year old heating unit went out and was not worth replacing. After going over all options and pricing, it made more economical sense to upgrade to a tankless water heater. I noticed water leaking out of the bottom of my hot water tank. I called up Vegas plumbing service as they were the ones who originally installed it. I found out it was still under warranty so they would just charge me for the install and not a new water heater.

I was impressed at how quickly they got me onto the schedule and had James come over to do the install. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything upfront and did a fantastic job.

Without a doubt, if I ever have a plumbing problem or a garage door problem, I will contact them back.

Pressure valve was bad, needed replaced. When technician came out quoted me a price of 400.00. Then he comes back, after speaking to his brother and says it’s 500.00. I don’t like being scammed like that. Then tells me I need my water heater drained for another 89.00 and I said no. If he had just charged me the 400 as originally stated, I would have paid the 89.00 .. It’s so hard to get honest people to help with home repairs..

Had a leak and needed it fixed fast. Called another place that wouldn’t have been able to get out for at least 18 hours. Once I called desert water heaters they had Matt out within the hour and it was fixed in no time saving me any future damage. I look forward to getting a water purification system from them down the road.

Nick came on time and traced the pipes and valves in the RO system where a small leak was. He closed two valves and stopped the leak.
I still have the pure water to the kitchen spout and fridge. Possible that the humidifiers need pure water. I called for services on them from another company.
The fee was 49$.

Matt was outstanding!
He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about impact of water softeners on water heaters.
Matt suggested alternate water heating systems, but we decided to stay with present system. Matt recommended alternative softening chemical that will help prolong the life of those water heaters utilizing a softening media.

I’m so pleased with their service. Nick Perry who did the installation was very knowledgeable, very professional!!! It took less than four hours. He deserves more than five stars!! He did a great job on installing my new Navien tankless water heater. He is very diligent and courteous! Not only that, the price was very reasonable! He makes sure that my entire house have hot water before leaving us. I highly recommend this company if you ever need to service your water heater or install a new one.

Desert Water Heaters scheduled an appointment for Monday between 5–8 PM, then never showed. Instead, I received a call Tuesday morning asking to come at 8 AM, with no explanation or respect for the original appointment window.

I called only to verify the warranty date on my water heater, which they said could not be provided over the phone. When the technician arrived, his attitude was dismissive and condescending from the start. Rather than simply checking the warranty, he immediately quoted $2,200 to replace the water heater—even after I explained multiple times that I only needed the warranty information so we could decide what to do next.

When I said that if there was no warranty, a licensed family member could handle the replacement, he questioned why we even called them. I explained that the sticker on the unit warns that touching it could void the warranty, which is why I didn’t want to remove or disturb anything. He stated that the warranty is only voided if the sticker is removed, but by that point the interaction had already felt unnecessarily uncomfortable.

Overall, the experience was unprofessional, poorly scheduled, and rude, especially at 8 AM. This is not how you treat customers who are simply trying to get basic information. I would not recommend this company.
