PDQ Electric provided excellent service for my home connection issue last night. Quick response, professional work, and resolved the problem efficiently. Highly recommend their reliable and skilled team!

A few days ago, having seen some good reviews about PDQ Electric here in Las Vegas, I reached out by email to this company to ask if they could change a light switch for me. My light switch that controlled my outside coach lights that framed our garage was a simple on/off switch. I wanted to install a programmable switch so that the coach lights would turn on and off automatically at times of my choosing. After they exchanged a couple of emails with me to make sure they understood my request, PDQ set up an appointment to do the work yesterday, July 3. I was to pay 1/2 of the estimate up front -- partly because my request involved PDQ having to buy a programmable switch -- and the other half upon completion of the work. I chose the window, between 7 am and 9 am, for them to do the installation. PDQ's representative/electrician, Steve, appeared right on time. He quickly set about replacing the switch and was done in just a few minutes. Grateful for the good work, I promptly paid the other half that I owed. While chatting with Steve I happened to mention that I had two switches in my bathroom, one for the fan and one for the light. What bothered me was that the fan switch was the nearer of the two switches when entering the bathroom. I wanted the light switch to be the nearer one and asked Steve if it was a simple or complicated process to change the switches around. Steve asked if he could look at the switches. He said if both switches were part of the same electrical box, changing them around should be simple. Fortunately, they were part of the same box. Steve said it was simple and made the change in something like 5 minutes or less. Apparently, it was such an easy process that Steve declined to charge me anything. Now THAT is special. Steve impressed me greatly. He is a great representative for his company. I'm happy that I found a reliable company that arrives when they say they will, does quality work and employs good, honest and fair electricians. Thank you, PDQ Electric.

Just wanted to leave a great review for Shane. I called with an issue, he tried to resolve it for me over the phone without having to send someone out. Genuinely appreciate that he wasn't trying to just make a buck. Good people. It didn't resolve the issue, but I'm confident that the actual service will be great just based on that.

Shane and his team are amazing. Every time I’ve made an appointment, they have been very responsive and on time. They even send an email when a technician is on their way. PDQ fixed a few of my ballasts in my office a total of three times. My ballasts are all the same age and one by one they started dying on me! The last time I had them in for a job I wanted them to move a phone jack to another location, unfortunately they were unable to get the box as it was installed incorrectly, upside down actually (my building was not built correctly, I knew that already given the other problems I’ve had with my office in the past) and they would’ve had to disrupt the business underneath mine to get to it. They were there for 4 hours trying see if they could do the job but couldn’t. In the end all they charged was for the labor which I felt was very generous given the amount of work they had to do just to figure out the problem! If you want an honest, efficient, and knowledgeable electrician PDQ is it. I highly recommend Shane and his team.

Shane provided a great service at a very good price. PDQ installed 2new fans along with all wiring and switches. Josh and Sam, the installers were very polite and respectful to our home. I would not hesitate to use PDQ in the future if needed and would definitely recommend them to others.

PDQ is great ! There are quick to schedule, on time and dedicated. Chad came to give me a quote, he was super helpful and personable! Then Jeremy and Jason came to install. They were polite, cleaned up and stayed late to make sure the job was done in time for my inspection!!!

I got five bids to install a 40 amp circuit and wiring to a new double oven. All the houses in our development are only capable of 30 amp. PDQ had absolutely the most elegant, non-invasive solution at less than half the price of everyone else who are literally going to rip up the yard and the house to do it. PDQ came in and wired the 40 amp circuit in such a way that not a single hole was left in the ceiling inside the house only a hole in the garage which they replaced beautifully. I chose them because Shane really knew what he was doing, communicated well, and stood by his word. I'd recommend these guys for any electrical work and I've done over 10 flip houses in Las Vegas

I called PDQ at 6 pm on a Saturday. The electrician I spoke to, Dave, answered all my questions and clearly explained the after hours pricing. He was at my within 20 minutes and quickly diagnosed a problem with the main breaker. 90 minutes later, a new breaker had been installed and my power was back on.

Dave was professional, cheerful, and efficient. He answered all of our questions and the job was done safely and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asked.

The owner Shane Hayes is a pretty awesome guy my Mom' had a blow out on the 95 freeway Horizon exit this afternoon Shane delayed his lunch to help her without her even asking he stopped and asked if he could help her I'm sure she looked stressed out he saved the day and I wanted to Thank him for being one of the good guys and we sure appreciated you today Sir. I Highly recommend this business

Called a company I had used for 8 years to hang light fixtures. Got the runaround and excuses. Said they would send bid...Didn't receive so I called PDQ Electric. Spoke to Melissa. She was great and gave me rough estimate over the phone. Called on Wednesday. She got me an appointment on Friday morning. Craig showed up on time. He installed my three light fixtures and changed out by outlets in 2 bathrooms. Excellent service, Excellent price. This review is a couple of years late, but PDQ did extensive rewiring of my kitchen as part of a renovation. Also hung two very heavy pendant lights. They were amazing. I have used them for a few service calls since, always polite and professional. The only electrician I will call when I need something.

PDQ came an did a check up on my electric panel and a thorough inspection of my home. I was impressed with the knowledge they had and education I was given to make my home more 1) efficient, and 2) safe. Totally worth it! We were so impressed that we had them come and do some work with hiding some unsightly wires in our office. The outcome was so much more than I expected! SO WORTH IT! I would absolutely hire PDQ again for anything with a wire instead of trying to do it myself. They know what they’re doing, they’ll make it safe, and do it far better than my DIY skills could even envision! Thank you PDQ for helping make the experience at our business an elevated one!

This morning I was attempting to troubleshoot an issue at home and turned off my main electrical breaker and couldn’t turn it back on. In a panic, I called LV Energy and was told to call an electrician so I turned to Yelp. The first company advised of a service fee and someone would be out soon. I decided to call PDQ and Shane answered. I described the issue and expressed how stressed I was. He calmly assured me everything would be fine and told me what to do to get the breaker back on. He thoughtfully explained he didn’t want to make an unnecessary visit and charge. Wow!! What a decent, kind and honest professional. PDQ will be the company I call should I ever need any electrical assistance. Thanks Shane!!

Used this company for 2 jobs - one for a 220V extension for a sauna and some additional plugs - and one for a more complicated solar permitting issue related to an emergency shutoff. Great staff. Great work. They're now my go-to for electrical work here in Vegas.

I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but Chad Boyd and PDQ just did some excellent work for us and I need to say that everyone who needs an electrician should be looking at PDQ first. They have been out here a few times and have done amazing work each time. This last time Chad replaced an outlet that had been wired incorrectly and had actually caught fire. He explained every thing he was doing, and the work is flawless. I can sleep better knowing it is now corrected.

PDQ is the first company everyone should be looking at. Fair prices, great techs, and just overall amazing service from beginning to end!

Fantastic electrician! I called Shane on a weekend day, and while he told me it would be $300 to come out as an emergency, he tried to help me diagnose the issue on my own to save me some money. The electrical issue has subsided for now, and I really appreciated the fact that he gave me a free diagnostic over facetime!

Shane visited our shop for a scheduled estimate. Showed up on time and gave us the guidance needed to move forward.

The A/C installers arrive a day early. I had already had chosen PDQ for the electric work in two days. One call to Shane at PDQ and James arrived in 2 hours and 30 minutes later, the electric was done.

I would like to thank Patrick and PDQ electric for fixing the electrical issues I had in my house. Patrick discovered the issue with my neutral wires to the electrical panel and was able to get this fixed in a short amount of time. He also fixed the loose neutral going to several outlets throughout the house. I would definitely use PDQ again if the need for an electrical issue arises. PDQ came out and repaired blown GFCI for a reasonable price. Chad our electrician was professional, on time, and explained things clearly.
