Sean built an attached RV garage and a casita for us. They are both cohesive to our family home. It all looks like it was built at the same time. The craftsmanship is excellent. He’s easy to work with.

Beautiful job.very professional.i love my kitchen.

I had a water damage which affected my kitchen, den, laundry room and living room. Once my insurance approved all work to be done N & M got right to work, letting me know the step by step process. Everyone I talked with, on the phone or meet with in person, were very professional and helpful with my questions.

We had a small job in our downstairs bathroom after water damage to the ceiling. The work was done slowly and quite a mess. Little prep meant splatter got on our counters and shower fixtures was not cleaned off.

One guy blew a fuse in our garage, didn't tell us and our freezer out there started to thaw. Thankfully my wife went out in the garage in time to catch this. The worker never said a word. He simply plugged into a different outlet inside the house.

The painter showed up unannounced around 5pm one day, did a shabby job preparing the area, bought paint, came back and started painting, then left abruptly, with a bucket of paint left open on our bathroom counter.

The final job was not well done overall. The painting was messy, with lines between the walls and ceiling being quite sloppy.

We did receive an apology when the job was signed off on, so that's good. However, the whole experience was not a good one. I'd go with another contractor for any similar work.

I highly recommend N & M Construction. From beginning to the end of my project, they kept me informed daily of the process and what to expect. The technicians were all professional, clean, friendly, and on time. Juan, the job super was amazing. The office personnel the same.
