N & M Is completely repaired kitchen area from water damage. I found Jose and his crew to be it is true to be expert craftsmen and completed their work in a timely manner in a professional manner. Any little nickname picking thing gang thing I found they repaired immediately. I would recommend Jose and his entire crew for any work.

A shower leak causing retilling, drywalls, painting and creation of a new shower enclosure was defty and professionally carried out by N & M Construction Inc. Employees of N & M were tolerent of my many questions during the repair . Perla was extremely helpful guiding me through this experience.

The service was prompt. Carlos worked with my schedule and answered any questions I had. I think they did a great job! I will definitely use them again.

It is very hard to find a good company that you can trust in this town. This company have exceed my expectations! The entire staff was amazing to work with. The communication was spot on I was inform in every steps of the work. The repair work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for any general construction work. In fact moving forward they will be my go to company for any work needed to be done in my home. Overall Fantastic.!

We had water damage from a toilet leak. From start to finish. This was one of the best! Most professional! Stress free experiences weve ever had! The detail in the way they taped off everything with plastic. Was astounding! The workers. The office people. And especially our go to girl. Perla. Were fantastic every step of the way! Highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with the work done on our bathroom, both inside and outside, that N and M construction did on our home! We worked with Jose to make to begin a remodel of our old bathroom to make it more ADA compliant. We found Jose very knowedgeable in the standards set for ADA compliance. He has had epxerience in completeing projects like ours and we felt comfortable working with him. The first phase of our project was to remove a large window, replace it with a much smaller one, stucco and texture the outside and paint, drywall the large hole left by a bigger window, texture and paint. The finished product was done expertly and beautifully. No one could tell where the new stucco and drywall repair started and the old ones began. The work was perfect. We also had some electrical work done in this phase and it was also done expertly and perfectly. The workers were professional, worked with expertise and with attention to detail. We highly recommend N and M Construction.

My water heater went out and my plumbing company brought in N&M Construction to do the restoration work on walls and floors. They were careful and did an excellent job. I then contracted them to remove an old doggie door, a swamp cooler, and a dilapidated outdoor kitchen. I'm very happy with the results. Specialists were brought in to do the demo, stucco, tile, drywall, and plumbing. They were all capable and careful to clean up at the end of each day. Jose and Juan were quick to respond to questions and resolve problems found as walls were removed. They both speak English well and treated me respectfully. The price was very fair.

I recently had to replace my water heater - which required a fair amount of reconstruction (drywall, painting etc.). N&M stepped up to the plate and did prompt, professional work. They took the time to work with my insurance carrier and always kept me in the information loop. I believe it is always a pleasure to work with professionals and I can honestly say N&M fit that description perfectly.

The busting of a water heater and Flooding the garage in itself is stressful. But the process, and the workmanship of N and M construction was phenomenal throughout. If anything were to happen again with our home, we will definitely trust them to complete the work from start to finish. They have been wonderful. Thanks to the company and all of its employees that helped bring our home back to normal.

A water pipe broke in the garage ceiling in the house we are renting. Water went in the walls and into the house, carpet etc. I feel very fortunate the management company chose N & M for the repair job. All of the people that came out during the process, from the estimator, drywall-paint, carpet, electrical and the job managers checking in were top notch. It is like nothing ever happened. They were great with communicating, scheduling, and everything. The work was perfect. Mel the drywall and paint person was super human, they were all very nice and fast. They built full plastic tents to protect our things from dust etc. I just feel really lucky the nightmare is over and we are so grateful N & M gave us our life back after this bad luck. N&M Construction did a rebuild on my house after water damage in Nov. 2023. Excellent craftsmen, reasonably priced, and job supervisor always called the night before to let me know what time they would be there the next day. I had a very positive experience.

N&M did a great job helping my 85 year old mom. The upstairs condo sprung a water leak that was so bad my mother’s bathroom and spare bedroom needed wall, floor, and carpet replacement. It was a lot of work. Perla, the field supervisor, was fantastic! She understood this was difficult for my mom who was relegated to sleeping on her couch. She has arthritis and sciatica issues so sleeping on her couch had become problematic. Perla made it a priority to get my mom’s condo done. She also kept me in the loop which was very much appreciated. Everyone that came to work on my mom’s condo was professional, courteous and did a great job. We are very satisfied with the finished job. Thank you to N&M Construction! We recommend! The only negative I have was being charged a fee for using a credit card to cover the insurance deductible. That’s not enough to take away from the service we received overall.

After water damage to our living room and bathroom everything had to be replaced. N &M was great and easy to work with. Diego made sure to keep in touch and to let us know the step by step process. I am very happy with my results and highly recommend them. Thank you Diego!

I don’t recommend and highly advise you seek services elsewhere, I hardly leave negative reviews because I understand no one’s perfect and things happen but this experience was completely unacceptable. This company was recommended by the plumber which I later started to realize they clearly work together because no one in there right mind would recommend them based on quality of work alone! Let me start with the positives , the only thing I will say is the 4 times I reached out because the work was poorly done. They attempted to fixed it. I’m not sure if that was customer service or solely based on not releasing the funds.
When tearing my kitchen apart I was informed that the cabinets would be REPLACED! They lied they took them and brought them back same exact ones ( I’ve read this in another review) 5 months without a kitchen for one leak! I’m sure I could of found someone else to complete this for a fraction of the price because let’s be real over 10k
Is outrageous when I’m not even getting new cabinets, anyway, no one spoke English they tried to communicate with apps so that made it even more frustrating when I’m trying to express to them that my cabinets are backwards. I won’t go to much into detail but 4 attempts to put my kitchen back the way it was is insane, and believe it or not ITS STILL NOT RIGHT! I just wanted to be done with them! Never ever ever again! Please save yourself the headache! They are way over priced. The quality of work is amateur to say the least. They definitely don’t seem like a legit company just a couple cousins going around playing bob the builder.

I originally had a pipe leak in the garage. After the plumber came and fixed the leak, the mitigation people came out and tore out the dry wall, etc. Through the mitigation company, they referred us to N&M Construction. During this time, the water was turned off for approximately 5 days. When the water was turned on again, it blew out both my showers due to the mounting pressure. We used the same plumber, the same mitigation company and again N&M Construction. N&M was spot on and took everything under control. They understood my situation and intervened at every turn. They called to check on the progress of the reconstruction and came out periodically to see for themselves. They worked well with my homeowners insurance and kept in contact with them. Sub-contracting was a little on the slow side, however, the end result was perfection.

Nadia at N & M Construction is a total rockstar! She oversees everything and swoops in to handle any tricky insurance issues like a pro. Her dedication made our project smooth and stress-free. If you want a team that gets things done with a smile, look no further!

N&M Construction is amazing and got my house back together as if nothing ever happened after our leak damage. Amazing communication and really walked us through the entire process.

After incurring water damage in our garage and home, N&M Construction was hired to do repairs. What could have been another problem instead turned out to be a pleasant, orderly, and responsive experience. We could not be more pleased with the work quality of the restoration, the supervisors/coordinators, and the workers themselves. Our home looks as if nothing happened. Could the results have been any better? We don't think so.

N&M Construction exceeded my expectations. Feeling overly ambitious my love and I attempted to remodel our kitchen. N&Ms team did amazing job taking down a wall, moving the electrical and repairing the drywall. We like them so much they are going to complete my whole. Adulting is hard.

We were given this info from the plumber. However we started a claim and it took 4 months to complete. There was always little communication on scheduling or I had to constantly follow up to have things repaired. It didn't feel like a professional company. It felt like friends of the plumber. Each part of the job most workers showed up in non company vehicles (that also just looked like friends of friends who knew how to do certain job aspects) versus like a real solid actual company. Next time I know to get referrals only from my insurance. When I did address any mishaps, it was corrected, but I felt like if I hadn't been that way it would have been ignored. 1st I was told the whole shower would be replaced, more money was requested from insurance and once that was approved they went back on estimate and said they were only putting things back not replacing which just seemed a bit off and a way to get extra money. If you look at other reviews it's similar experiences of not great communication and kind of just takes really long to get anything done. The carpet people that were contracted were very nice and were the fastest workers.
My advice would be get referrals from your insurance. This company also has no way of allowing you to pay and invoice and demand payment but it seems like once they got the check they didn't care how long it took which was exactly what I was trying to avoid.
