Home Builder reviews in Las Vegas, Nevada

While the community itself possesses a distinctly beautiful aesthetic and environment, a major drawback for certain prospective buyers is the current, restrictive vehicle policy targeting commercial vehicles. The governing body is actively working to prohibit all commercial vehicles, even those belonging to homeowners. We are currently involved in an ongoing, organized effort to fight this rule, but unfortunately, the outlook for keeping commercial vehicles on the premises is not favorable. If you own a commercial vehicle, you should seriously consider this significant limitation before moving in, as the community appears set to enforce a full ban shortly.

Michelle was an absolute blessing throughout my home buying journey. She was patient, encouraging, and never stopped advocating for me. Even when things felt stressful, she remained positive and supportive and always reassured me that everything would work out.

She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and works hard to make sure you reach the finish line and close on your dream home.

Michelle, thank you for everything. You are truly an angel, and I’m so grateful to have had you by my side through this process.
