I contacted Abel at Alien Steamers and was able to set up an appointment at my convenience. They called to confirm and also sent a reminder text, as well as a text when they were on their way. Abel arrived on time. He worked very clean, and his process and equipment did not disrupt the rest of the house. I am so pleased with the way my carpets came out! Alien Steamers is not one of those "3 Rooms for $99 Special" type of fly by night operation. You definitely get what you pay for and Abel was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

The first two pictures are before and the second two are after. I have a dog and he removed the stains in my carpet and on my couch. My house smells amazing as well and I will be getting his service again. I HIGH RECOMMEND.

Did carpet and tile/grout cleaning, he was on time, quick to respond to my questions and reasonably priced. Would recommend. He did a room for free when I added in the carpet odor treatment.

Great work and amazing outcome! Highly recommend them, they took their time removing the stains from the stairway that our dogs make. Odor and stains removed. Will book again and again. Our home carpet and furniture was left odorless and spotless because of Alien Streamers.

Amazing job. They were able to remove 10 years worth of oil and dirt from my garage floor. Looks brand new. Very professional and efficient.

Abel Abarca was brought in two weeks ago when our hot water line broke and flooded our condo on a Friday evening. He was there quickly and jumped in to extract the water before it spread further. Not only did he extract, he cleaned the wet carpet as well. He left drying blowers for two days and returned on a Sunday to pick them up. His work was consistently excellent and he was there no matter the day or time when needed.

We were so impressed we brought him back two weeks later to do our entire home after plumbers had cut into drywall to replace hot water pipes. There was drywall dust and caulk everywhere. Again, he went above and beyond. Never had we known anyone to do such a thorough and outstanding job. Five stars!
