Dave has been absolutely incredible. I called around six different pool services to have a drain and refill. Dave was the only one that answered. He showed up the next day to get the drain started and returned the following day to help ensure it started filling correctly. After it was full, I had several other issues and questions (I’m new to pool ownership). Dave has been super quick to reply and more than willing to help answer my novice questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this. Thank you Dave!!! And sorry again for all of the questions!

My 2nd inground pool is 18 yrs old. I made a HUGE Mistake of calling the local (National) Pool servicing company. Costs were outrageous, over 5k and after almost 5 months (during the Las Vegas Summer) a pea soup pool it still was not fixed. It was a complete miracle i ran into Dave from Dive In Pools. He fixed it in 1 trip, 10% of the previous costs and he told me things i never knew, that i would have never thought of. If you EVER EVER listen to a stranger, follow my advice, Call Dave before you even consider calling anyone else. Dave is amazing. If the app let me id give him 100 stars. David was a true allstar! My pool pump went out and he was able to get me a replacement in my price range quickly. My pool light was flickering and he suggested that I change the light switch and it works greart now! I also needed to drain and refill my pool which I had never done before. David gave me great advice and I was able to empty and refill it successfully. The installer was great who replaced my pump too! Thank you!!!

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable. Definitely eased my anxiety, called because we were having issues with water pressure and Dave was over within the hr to help me out. Couldn’t beat the service or the price

Excellent company! David came out to fix our pool pump same-day. He listened to the problem and explained how he fixed it. He answered the phone, did the work and followed up the next day, no office to contend with, no playing phone tag. His communication was great and the price was more than reasonable! We will absolutely be using his service for the future.

This is a great company to work with, both in quality and cost. David was fast and efficient and kept us updated on all progress while fixing our pool motor.

This company do not clean the pool with satisfaction. I try to call and address issues and they seem to go unanswered until I place a call with my management. I have to pay a price monthly for my pool to be cleaned weekly and they come out like they are cleaning and the pool still be dirty after the visit. They don’t answer the calls or text messages. All I want is a clean pool for my kids to play. This was an ending result/ same day after they came and suppose to had cleaned the pool. I called to see when someone will come out and clean and no response

Dave was awesome! He helped me fix my pool pump and even explained to me what was wrong and how to fix it myself if it ever happens again! His knowledge of pools is amazing! He was honest and trust worthy and made the whole process of having a pool guy come over stress free and easy! Totally recommend him and will be using him again! Mahalo Dave!

pool motor would not come on
called Dave and he came out the following day. he recommended to change capacitor (which was easy, fairly cheaper option that we could do ourselves before replacing the motor)

He quickly assessed the issues with my pool heater, explaining everything in a clear and understandable way, got me a discounted part and dint mark up the price, and even taught me what to do if the problem ever happens again! I appreciated that he took the time to teach and answer my questions without making me feel rushed or dumb haha.

The repair work was done efficiently and at a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he got everything back up and running—my pool/spa was ready to enjoy in no time!

What really stood out to me was their follow-up; they called a few days later to ensure everything was working smoothly. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers post-service.

It was so nice meeting David, who was honest and did incredible work. He didn’t try to upsell his services. He was fair, and up front. He doesn’t bleed you dry when he leaves.

After having a real bad experience with another pool builder Dive In Pool Service was a breath of fresh air. David made me feel so secure with their service. David is a very nice man, he scheduled the appointment quickly and was willing to work with us on a date and time that worked for us. He came to my Grandmas house and took the time to listen to her concerns and cared about what she had to say. Her pool was running a bit rough and definitely needed some TLC. He gave an honest and professional opinion on all that her pool needed. David went above and beyond with finding the part that would help her pool pump run more smoothly and was able to schedule cleaning services at an affordable price. She enjoyed the time he spent with her, making her feel very comfortable. David continues to call and make sure she doing well and is happy with the services provided. David was really great! No nonsense just straight shooter, gave me a realistic time frame and a reasonable price.
