I paid $289 to have a master bath a bedroom and a closet upstairs clean total square feet less than 600 I came home to find dust and dirt accumulated in every surface in my closet it was 100% I'm touched I found dust and dirt inside my wash basins that are decorative on the window sills the windows were still filthy all of my bookshelves were superficially wiped none of the objects were actually removed and dusted on top of or underneath absolute con absolute fraud absolute Worst cleaning business for the amount of money I have ever experienced in my 25 years of living here
It's a pity I can't upload the video showing you dragging my fingers across the surfaces I just described and pulling up gobs of dust on my fingers

Update on Post It took some time, but superb maids sent out a new team and they spent almost 7 hours at my home. doors and windows, louvre, blinds, floors and bathrooms.We're all attended to and properly taken care of...An amazing job with amazing results. I would definitely recommend their services based upon last and most recent visit. 10/1/24.

Fantastic service! A team of three came to my house and did a complete reset on the house. I try to keep up, but it's easy to fall behind. Superb Maids did an outstanding job of finding every nook-and-cranny and making it look new again.

Cleanliness did an amazing time in the 3 hours they had. Only downside is they are a little more expensive than I expected. But if you have the extra money they are definitely a top choice for getting it done right

Booking with Superb Maids was very simple and quick. Joe responded very quickly to my inquiry and was able to answer most of my questions upfront. The initial cost for a deep clean of my home was reasonable. Although due to the accumulated dust, we could not get all dusting completed off every blind and fan. All the main concern areas that needed to be cleaned was completed and done very well. Unfortunately at the morning of our scheduled appointment, I went into early labor and could not be home for the cleaning or days following. Ofelia reached out to me via call and text to give me updates and concerns with our home and pricing. She was very transparent on how much additional costs may be if their maids were to continue to deep clean our entire home. Alejandro and Maria were the maids sent to our home and we are very satisfied of their hard work upon returning home!

The only draw back we noted when we came back was that we had forgotten to mention to keep the doors upstairs closed securely to prevent our pets from entering certain rooms. We hadn’t noticed until we had returned home due to our upstairs camera being unplugged at one point during the cleaning appointment and hadn’t seen any after footage of our dogs getting into restricted areas. Otherwise we are very content with the cleaning and appreciate the service provided!

Carla is the best …. She came yesterday and my place was war zone lol she cleaned up everything herself and left my place looking amazing ….i got the monthly plan now because of her and great phone service from everyone..

I had an excellent initial cleaning from this service. Just moved and it was very appreciated and needed to get the place spic and span again. One hard working woman, four hours and the place was very clean. I felt she was quite diligent and the service is an excellent value.

They only get three stars because I was quoted for a cleaning in the mid $300s and it ended up costing in the low $700s. Communication with Max (manager) was very clear during the day but I felt I was misled. I clearly specified it was a move-in cleaning when I booked the appointment and it was an empty house. The girls cleaning, Oxana and Diana did an excellent job. The cleaning its self was 10/10. They were on time and very professional. Not sure if I would use this company again due to the price. If you can afford it, this company does a great job.

I was hesitant to call a cleaning company but since I dont have a lot of time to clean my house, I decided to go for it and it’s worth every dollar! My oven was disgusting and they left it sparkling clean! Awesome work!

Did a great job. House all shiny and clean after being done for 3 months it was nice to just relax to a clean house. They even cleaned the sliding glass patio inside and out and after the dust we had this sumner it was a job in itself.

Just wanted to say how great Joe and the team is. I had a client move out of their property in a hurry and it really showed. the team was able to get in and clean the entire house to get it ready for pictures the very next morning. thank you all for your hard work the pictures came out amazing.

This was the first time using Superb Maids. I previously used a different company & was not happy with the results. Yesterday after Superb Maids left I was very happy with the results. I didn't have to go behind them and ask them to re-clean an area. Highly recommend! I will be rebooking with them.

I scheduled a move-out/deep clean of my 2K sqft house, and the team of Dora, Diana, Martha, and Fredy absolutely crushed it. They did a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house along with the kitchen and living room in the afternoon, and everything was left spotless. My oven and freezer, which hadn’t had some love in awhile, were immaculate when done. They got the baseboards, blinds, even behind the fridge and washer/dryer. They needed a little extra time but do check with you and consult on the price prior to your approval. Great service!

Superb Maids were fantastic. They did the jobs that I didn’t want to do, ovens, blinds, etc, along with basic cleaning. Great job! I would definitely recommend their service

Sara was my cleaning renovator on my appointment, I called last minute right at the weekend mark and I was okay with not getting a service possibly due to how short notice it was, they got me in anyway and Sara did a phenomenal job, I only needed our shared space cleaned in my townhome which consisted of one guest bathroom, kitchen/living room area, stair cases, and spot clean marks and stains on the walls but it was very dirty and we have one cat. Literally brought the place back to day 1 the pricing is very good and you feel like you get every pennies worth will definitely be using them again and more then likely will be requesting Sara as she did such a great job, exceeded my expectations and we are very happy with the results and the details she patched up for me.

We were quoted $362 for deep clean of a 3 bedroom house. That was for 3.5. About an hour in the fee went up to $700 for an additional 4 hrs. Due to 'stuck dog hair in 2 rooms (one a bathroom ). I declined paying more, so I told them floors were most important. Cut to the end, the bedrooms, bathrooms (2) and kitchen floors and hallways were cleaned. The ladies (2) were very nice and went as fast as they could. I was happy with what they were able to do; but there was no dusting, cleaning the living room or any ceiling fans.
Moral of the story: find a housekeeper that works for herself - Companies time limits are too restricted. In this economy $1000 deep cleaning for not a large home is insane. Everyone at Superb maids were very nice, excellent communication, but I will not continue with them.
I found a housekeeper that my neighbor uses for 1/2 the price.
But, if you can afford it - they're an ok company.
