Diamond cleaning usa is the best house cleaning service in las vegas i like the team very much they helped me in my move out clean. I am a real estate investor and i buy and sell multiple homes through out the year. They've helped me clean and prepare my flip homes to be ready for sale. Thankful with the girls!!!!!!

Diamond Cleaning has been a great company to work with. During COVID they have taken the necessary steps to be mindful of sanitizing, that are reliable and friendly and would recommend for anyone needing residential cleaning.

Our office was in need of a deep cleaning, my boss asked me to find a cleaning services company to do the job and I am happy that I contacted the Diamond Cleaning team. Their staff did a very good job cleaning our office windows, desks, floors and tables.

Absolutely spectacular service! I booked them for my end of tenancy cleaning after spring, I was hesitant at first but I am so glad I booked them. I phoned them twice (once for inquiries about their services and price and then the second time was confirming them to clean my place).

Do not trust this company. My parents hired this company to do a small cleaning job and was sent over Monique and she stole a bunch of cash from my mom’s closet. My parents have been trying to reach the company and no one is answering. Checked the company’s yelp and seen a bunch of bad reviews specific to Monique! Do not hire this company, they are a big scam!!

Diamond cleaning has changed my life. As a busy mom of young children, Diamond cleaning assists with everything to keep my house and laundry tidy, clean and kept up. It’s always refreshing to come home to a clean house.

I called Diamond Cleaning USA to have my gutter cleaned. And, I could give them a 2 thumbs up. Quick, thorough and very good value. A week before I called them we were really having problems with the constant dripping. I will definitely use them again for the gutters and maybe spring cleaning.

Diamond Cleaning went above and beyond for our properties, taking care of each and every one of them as if it was their own. The service was excepcional and spot on, their cleaning team took care of business and in a timely manner. We’re very happy with their service and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Diamond Cleaning for a well done job!

I only have 2 complaints. 1. Make sure you get a SET quote before they begin service. 2. Make sure you have a clear understanding of the things that may need cleaning that can be missed (the front door window was not cleaned from prior wall paper sticker that was removed).

Other than that, the service provided and cleaning was great.

I did a move in/move out cleaning. I was quoted $225-300 for a 1194 sq ft house. They placed our deposit amount at an in between ($275) until they could "take a look".

The lady came and took a look then proceeded to clean without saying what the price was up front. I called the business 2 hours later to ask what the price was because nothing was said. Then they proceeded to say "well there's high ceilings and there was a bit extra rusting and soap build up in the bathroom so its actually going to be $290".
Now I did and would have paid this amount because of timing. But no one wants to feel like they've been pulled a fast one on. I originally planned to pay $330 for overall with a tip based on the $275 quote. Pulling a last minute, fast one made me stick to what they charged.

I still would recommend this company which is why I gave 3 stars. The cleaning was very well done. The shower and stove look really great. A bit bummed that I paid $290 and still have to scrub a window, but I'll take blame for not specifying.

Amazing detailed work. We needed a move out deep cleaning and they went above and beyond. I scheduled the wrong day, completely my fault, I explained this to them the morning I needed the cleaning and they got together a team last minute ( including one of the owners) to clean my house that morning. I will recommend and continue to use them in the future. The detail in the cleaning will get you your deposit back hands down.

I ordered this service because the receptionist said she could get someone out that day after I told her that I would rather look around elsewhere for another company that would be able to come in and do a move-in cleaning within the next day or two since they had no openings in their schedule for a few days. I was really happy to hear that she could get someone down here in the same day but the cleaning was not what I was expecting. I ordered a move-in cleaning service and it seems like they gave me just the standard cleaning package because it seems like they just dusted and then quickly wiped it down. On their website, it states that " the place is thoroughly cleaned, leaving no traces of the previous tenants" but that is clearly not the case. I also asked if they could clean the refrigerator since it was really filthy, it was still left dirty after I looked in there. I understand that they wanted to accommodate me with service as soon as possible but I would have been better off finding a different company who could come the next day and have a team come and do a proper cleaning like I wanted. Now I'm all moved in and still have a halfway dirty home.

PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING!!! I feel absolutely horrible. I wanted to help my parents out on getting a nice clean from a professional. We have footage of one of the cleaners coming to the house to clean. When we got back home we noticed our closet was torn up and 7,000$ worth of money and belongings were stolen. The cleaning women's named Monique didn't realize she was on camera.

We immediately went to file a police report. I should have went to yelp and looked at the other reviews. We should of went to yelp to look at the previous reviews. Our family is devastated.

Great website - terrible customer service - horrendous job cleaning.

My family hired this company to clean their home before moving in. Unfortunately they did not read the yelp reviews prior to booking.

3 woman showed up to an empty house to do a move in cleaning. They were here for 2 hours and did a terrible job. Carpets were not vacuumed. At ALL. Inside of the oven was dirty. Blindes were dusty. Bathroom faucet still had tooth paste on it. This makes me question how well the rest of the house was cleaned or if they even cleaned at all!

Tried to contact Monique Walden by phone and email and haven’t heard back.

The first time, they didn’t home, was a good experience. However 2nd time, tried to get money without finishing the service. My family wasn’t home, and only maybe a hour went by and they texted me like send the money to this number. Not only that they tried to upcharge me when I asked them to do significantly less, when I confronted them about it they took the price down. Third and last time I did business, I asked for the same service. I asked were they done and they texted me back yes. I make it to my house and what I wanted to be done wasn’t done at all. The response was “was confused”. They said they’ll come back out the next day, and at 3 pm let me know they wouldn’t be able to make it and haven’t messaged me since.

Very good cleaning! They left my house spotless and they were friendly. I was impressed!

Really really great work. They take their time to clean. But every inch of your house is pristine!
