We met this landscaper at a home show. His prices were competitive, he showed up when he said he would and the paver job was done very well. You can't really ask for anything better. We thought he was great.

Contacted Joe Fraser after meeting him at a home and garden show he came out to give a bid which at this time we are to blame for not demanding a breakdown on everything that needed to be done. They started the work (on time) and I was told several times that they wanted a deposit and then a second payment and then the final when all was done well that should have been a red flag we paid the deposit I finally had to call and this is the best part the owner of Addision well good luck they are so chicken s*** that they will not even return the call....great business ethics there.So when they finally came out to start the work they wanted more money and hadn't even pulled a weed but Joe kept telling us that they would not take final payment until the work was complete well here it is two days after they left I have several dead plants (no water running to the plants) guess that is why they are dead water lines tied off so no water running thru them. And yet again another false promise from Joe Fraser himself to replace the plants and make sure all is correct
When Joe called for final payment suddenly the amount due was $700.00 more than agreed upon so this is what I was left with. My advise STAY AWAY and if you decide to use them take my advise to this if they hand you a flier offering $250.00 off or Free Lighting Package do not be a fool because that will not happen it is all a scam...

They did our whole yard last year and they put in wrong plants than what we asked for, wrong colored turf, and not enough soil for the plants to properly grow along with a few other things. Currently working on filing an official complaint through the Las Vegas contractors board since they have continued to not respond to our attempts at communicating or resolving the issues.

Yard was greatish . But....... they wouldn’t listen to me on the measurements for my RV parking so it barely fits now when I back my trailer in. Then come summer time over half of my trees die. I know how to set a sprinkler system and I even had a landscaper buddy come look and they messed up the electronics of it all. I call the company. I call joe. Finally I call from my wife’s phone that they don’t know the number. Joe tells me he’s gonna come out to do warranty work and never shows up. Heard crickets from this ratty company ever since. I’ve got about 8 of 22 trees still living because they can’t set up wiring properly. Oh and I see from other negative posts that it took way longer then the bid and they had to keep calling in to have things fixed. Same here. I told joe that I have 2 little beagles and the gates needed to be low to the ground and still they hung them high enough for the dogs to walk under. I told him that the path for the RV parking needed to be certain widths and that didn’t happen either. When I spend $25k on a yard it should be right.

Used Addison to do my initial backyard landscape. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, and he was able to come up with a great design that we both agreed on quickly. The work was started and completed in a very timely manner. Overall very pleased with everything.

We were so very happy with the workmanship and speed of delivery. This backyard was done in a few days and far exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous Waterfall and a great landscape, pavers, artificial turf and neat corner fire pit. We would highly recommend Addison Landscapes to anyone wanting a great yard.

Awesome landscapers. Did exactly what we asked for. Great price and it took them about a week to finish. Went through 3 others and they had the lowest price. We have a one year warranty with the plants. Told him that we had about 7 plants that were dying. He came back to recheck the irrigation and replaced the plants no questions asked. We have had nothing but BBQ's, movie nights, and relaxation in the backyard since then. Thanks Addison and team for making our backyard a place to escape.

Joe did an amazing job on our backyard. He worked with us to get a quote in our price range. Answered a ton of questions, gave advice and didnt pressure us even knowing we got quotes from other landscapers. When we agrees on a design and price we scheduled a week out and he got it completly installed in less than 2 days! I highly recommend Addison Landscapeing.

Contacted Addison Landscaping to see about getting our backyard done. Made an appt. for a Saturday at noon, by 2 pm no one had called or shown up. I called and was told it was the following Saturday at noon. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I agreed to the following Saturday. That Saturday came, it was noon, no one from Addison Landscaping was at my door. Again around 2 pm I started making phone calls. No answers and no call backs. The following week I called and spoke with Addison who stated he would look into it and let me know. He did call back the same day and left a voicemail. My husband attempted to call him back without success. This business is unprofessional! I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!

Let me start by saying. We are very happy with our backyard! From the beginning Joe at Addison was very open to our ideas. We came to him with a very specific design and he took the challenge. Other landscapers continueed to push back our ideas and changing our vision. We wanted a back yard full with vines and all year green plants, 1 lime and 1 lemon tree, a patio cover, pavers, turf and a corner for a future spa and Addison did it all. While the whole project took 2 weeks we did have some set backs and I felt I needed to be on top every single step of the way to ensure things got done as planned. While Joe was responsive over the phone he was not as present in the project as we whish so we could sit back and relax. Also there were awkward moments with the employees making derogatory remarks about Addison and their pay which we had nothing to do with and while I could emphatize it indeed made me worry about their commitment to the project another reason why I felt I needed to double check all. Bottomline Addison did a great job I recommend them but to my OCD people out there, planners and very detailed and to the T people. You will need to be on top of your game and things might not happen as schedule, there are going to be set backs, so be open, be patient and your Back Yard will look great! I promise!

It's become normal for contractors in the greater Vegas Valley to just do as they please when either business is good, or they just decide to be unprofessional! Addison Landscaping came highly recommended in the Anthem Highlands area. I reached out to have a in home estimate arranged for a complete backyard landscape project. After having them reschedule one time on me, Joe finally landed on a Saturday morning of THEIR choosing. Roughly thirty minutes before their scheduled arrival they called to say they were running 45 minutes behind. Not thrilled by no means, but I rolled with it anyway. After a 1 1/2 hour wait, with them NEVER showing up or a phone call to update me, I finally started my day. After more than two weeks have passed, Joe never once reached out to explain themselves or apologize. That's fine, but I'll also do my part to hold them accountable to possible future customers.

I would recommend staying clear of this landscaper. At the start of the project I explained that because we have a one year old baby I wanted no cactus, no poisonous plants or plants with thorns. We also asked for bougainvillea along the back of the property. He agreed to include the bougainvillea and lighting in our courtyard. The workers did a good job until it was time to install the plants. Roses with thorns were brought in and planted. No bougainvillea and no lights. They removed some of the roses and then disappeared. He has already been paid so numerous texts and voicemails have not been returned. I’ve now found this is his normal way of doing business.

We actually talked to a couple of different landscape companies before choosing Addison Landscaping. After our initial consultation, we knew they were the right fit for us. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and were able to take the rough ideas we had for our backyard into reality. The foreman, Oscar and his crew worked very hard, were polite, and cleaned up our yard each day after they finished working. Our project was finished ahead of schedule and was on budget. I have already refered this company to others.

I had a major landscaping job (back yard and side yard) involving gravel removal, concrete destruction and removal, irrigation system installation, and extensive paver installation. Addison Landscapes did OUTSTANDING work to produce what now is a really beautiful yard. And for a very fair price in addition. Addison, Joe, and their entire crew of expert workmen were superb. Always EARLY to begin work, they knew exactly what needed to be done, the final results were beyond my expectations to be sure---their attention to detail was wonderful to observe. I have dealt with many, many contractors over the years (complete house remodel, cabinets, flooring, painting, shutters, etc.) and I rate Addison Landscapes as the best . If allowed, I'd rate them as TEN stars instead of the maximum five allowed.

It’s been two weeks and counting since the scheduled completion date. Calls have been directed to voice mail and emails were responded to with at best 5-7 words in one sentence.

Three guys came by yesterday stating that they were sent by Addison to complete laying the artificial turf. After showing them the backyard I went inside the house. Before I knew it, they were gone with the roll of turf. I emailed and phoned Addison and all he said was “I’m on it”.

The quality of work will speak for itself as I have invited guests to come over for the house blessings after the supposedly completion date two weeks ago.

Worst of all, payments for the project have already been collected!

We were planning on getting rid of rocks and adding pave stone to finish off our artificial turf area. Then we decided to add a block wall. We interviewed 7 companies, Addison was first. We knew from the very beginning that we were going to go with him, but we had to be sure, so we went ahead and called 6 other companies. After wasting so much time with other companies, we did decide to go with Addison. Not only did we like his work, but he came in with the best price. He is a down to earth, great guy. His workers are responsible, respectful and did a GREAT JOB. Can’t say enough about the work they did, if you are looking for any type of landscaping, please call Addison, you will not be sorry.

We had a great experience with magnolia maintenance and landscaping! They did a great job and we’re very happy for all the work that they did. Now we can enjoy our backyard with our dog and we are very happy for that. We had turf layed down, irrigation, Landscaping plants and shrubs planted, Lighting, and pavers that wrap around the backyard to the side of the house. Everybody was very professional and they did a great job cleaning up after, and were very helpful and answering every question we had. I received six price quotes from six different landscaping businesses and magnolia landscaping, blew everybody out of the water with such a great price, and their quality of work was on point! Thank you. Everybody at magnolia maintenance and landscaping!

Thank you so much for our lovely garden. Our little granddaughter loves running on our new grass. Your team all did a great job. Our family is very happy with our now very usable friendly garden.
