This was my first time dealing with Mauri Landscapes.
Chris Mauri is a great and professional business owner.
Abigail is a great and professional office manager.
It took one week from calling their office for initial planning to finally arriving at the site ... which is extremely fast.
A palm tree was reserved at Hurley's Nursery, and they had no problems reserving the tree for a week or longer.
Mauri Landscapes personnel arrived at the site before I could arrive there from work, and they had started work immediately before even getting paid.
I accepted the proposal on my phone while driving ... easy electronic process that can be done on a smartphone.
I gave them cash once I arrived to prove this wasn't a scam, and to prove I wasn't joking about this job task.
They were very calm and casual and exhibited no pressure at all.
They called/texted me once the job was about done, and I came back to the site to give them the remaining cash balance.
Mauri Landscapes was so professional and expedient that I gave them a tip.
They have the personnel, tools, vehicles, plant life, experience, and expertise to get the job done.
They are landscapers that will do what you ask, as long as you are a customer who does not waste their time and resources.
I called Hurley's Nursery to thank them for reserving the tree for so long, and they stated that they have been dealing with Mauri Landscapes for twenty five (25) years, and they were not concerned at all.
I was impressed with everyone involved.
I am not being paid commission.
I am a regular joe schmo nobody Las Vegas resident, and this was my genuine experience.
No one is paying me to type this review on Google.

Mauri Landscape completely redid my entire yard landscape about 5 years ago. I called on them when I decided to rebuild my backyard pond with waterfall and update some other landscaping including lighting this past Dec. They did a great job. It is so pretty and tranquil. I highly recommend you contact them for any landscaping projects. The owner Chris and his team are professional and great to do business with.

Chris was absolutely amazing. I came back to Mauri Landscapes about 15 years after I first used them, and was not disappointed in the least. I couldn't have found anybody better in quality and definitely not within my budget. They not only completed the work in a short time, but created my wife's happy place outside the home.

After having negative experiences with various landscaping companies, I found Mauri Landscapes through a friend. I was in need of renovation for my front and backyard. The process was new to me so I needed a ton of help with design. From the first contact (worked with Marta), Mauri Landscapes was the perfect partner. Marta worked with me from beginning to end of the project, from design thru construction thru final touch ups. The work was done efficiently and effective. All staff members from Mauri are just delightful to work with. I will use Mauri Landscapes for any future work I do and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Best attributes were professionalism, communication, collaboration, hard work, responsiveness, and just all around subject matter experts.

Marta and her staff was great. They did a wonderful job on my yard. Marta made some suggestions that worked out perfect. and the price was great. The landscape staff was professional, kind and clean. I will recommend Mauri landscapes to all of my friends.

Our entire experience with Mauri Landscaping was outstanding. Marta, their designer, met with us on numerous occasions to understand our vision and turn that into reality. She actively listened and created a landscape plan that hit every note. James, their foreman, and his team were spectacular. They kept us informed of their plans all along and their customer service was superb. They completed our project on time and our back yard is the resort oasis we were looking to create. Mauri Landscaping delivers incredible service and value.

Mauri Landscaping is a family run very professional and respectful business. I got a quote for a complete redo of our front yard and they had top of the line programming to show me what the yard would look like. They talked me through everything and together we came up with a layout that I loved. It was amazing to see! I truly think this company is first-class. We are still collecting bids for the said job from other companies, but if $ wasn't an issue, I'd go with Mauri Landscaping for sure. I just know I can trust them to do a great job.

I have been using Mauri Landscapes since 2004 and have ALWAYS had a positive experience! The service is perfect, they always make good if something is not to your liking and the staff and work crews are always friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone looking for any landscaping needs.

We used Mauri Landscaping to completely re-do our front yard. Our neighborhood is one of those that still has houses with decorative grass, and we wanted to be responsible and also get the SNWA rebate before it was gone. This is my best effort at a thoughtful review of their work.

First, I will say everyone at Mauri is wonderful to work with. From Chris, the owner, to the office people to the workers on the ground, everyone was friendly, considerate, and enjoyable to work with.

Chris came to our house initially to take a look at things. We had written out much of what we wanted. Some of it was impractical for our geography, and Chris offered great ideas about what looked good and what worked for our location. He spent considerable time mapping out our yard and coming up with ways to give us the yard we desired.

Following Chris coming out, we went to their offices and sat down with them to see graphic renderings of their ideas. We loved them and accepted them with little change. They had really thought through a plan that would give us the yard we wanted.

After we met and agreed to do the work, communication slipped a bit. Chris had given us a timeframe for starting, which came and went without communication from his office. I had to call in order to get their attention and get on the schedule. I will say everyone is great at returning phone calls, so we got that resolved. Unfortunately, we were put off twice for our start date, once the day before we were to start. When we finally had a date, it coincided with a church retreat we were attending. We were assured they could handle everything without us being there for some of it. That’s kind of when we started seeing the job unravel just a bit. They started on the very hottest week in June: record temperatures. We were told that a number of the plants we wanted were not available at that time, which was never discussed before, and so, reluctantly, we accepted substitutes that we were pretty lukewarm about. While we were gone, they planted many of the plants, and, unfortunately, the crew did not set the watering timer properly. We came back from our retreat with newly planted plants that had not been watered in a week, to a number of dead plants. Additionally, a couple of the plants we were told were unavailable, but upon searching we found ourselves, and a number of the plants they planted looked suspiciously smaller than we were told. The outdoor lighting that was put in looked marvelous, but they were unable to secure a transformer that would function correctly. We were told it would be replaced, but there was a failure to communicate, and so it took a couple of phone calls and several weeks to get their attention. As anyone who has dealt with contractors knows, there are always challenges to deal with along the way. I believe some our challenges came from the job supervisor who lacked attention to detail, and might have either been spread too thin, or depended on crews more than he should for inspecting their work. We were very frustrated with these issues.

The redemption here is that Chris Maury is a diligent, honest man of his word. He explained that he felt terrible about the challenges on the job,and came out personally to go over every bit of the job. He replaced the plants that had died, reconfigured the lighting, and even had his crew rebuild one of the raised beds. They absolutely honored their guarantees and worked very hard to make things right. Chris accepted full responsibility for the job, and indicated that he had made personnel changes to do everything he could to avoid this situation in the future, and I believe him.

At this point I have nothing but praise for their creativity, honesty and ethics, hard work, and a willingness to make us satisfied customers.

Mauri Landscaping created a lovely design for my back patio that greatly improved the existing drainage. Marta Evensen, the designer, listened carefully to every design aspect I wanted and gave excellent advice. Her knowledge of the best plants for my situation was especially helpful. As part of the design process she even arranged for a virtual computer image of the finished product so I could get a very good idea of how it would look when it was finished. The work was completed in a very timely fashion with no mess left behind by the crew. My new patio is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly what I wanted. I recommend Mauri Landscaping very highly. You won’t be disappointed!

We've used Chris and his folks at Mauri for several years, and we've been extremely happy with their service. Chris and Abigail in the office are professional, courteous, and responsive. Our lot is large with mature landscaping that requires a substantial amount of maintenance. Since our first interaction with Mauri, we've had several different crews over time for things ranging from landscape maintenance to replacing our large formerly grass backyard with artificial turf (a project that required substantial improvements to our irrigation system). The crews have always been polite, the foremen have been professional and helpful, and the quality of the work is great. I'll add that, anytime we've found something that wasn't done or wasn't done to our specifications, Chris has sent a crew out within a day or so to correct it.

This company is great! We were finally ready to get our backyard landscaped. Not being too familiar with a lot of plants, we enjoyed getting to look around and point out plants that we liked for them to create a custom design for our backyard. Chris and his team were super professional, and even helped us with submitting our paperwork for HOA approval. Our backyard is truly our favorite part of our home, and it's because of the great landscaping! Since getting the backyard done, we've also reached out to Mauri Landscapes for maintenance on a rental house we own. Most businesses take forever to get back to you these days and can't offer service for several weeks. We were impressed that they got back to us and were able to send a team over within 48 hours! Highly recommend this fantastic business.

We are beyond please with Mauri Landscape. The landscape company did our unfinished backyard to our liking six years ago. The front yard was done by the builder and has been an ongoing problem. Mauri landscaping has made many improvements in our front yard. We now have white ice roses in the courtyard and placed throughout.the front. We have decorative color spots. A sappy tree was removed by the tree service recommended by Mauri landscaping. The tree was too close to the pavered driveway and sap was constantly damaging our car. Outside lighting was installed by Mauri Landscape. Mauri Landscape has arranged needed deep root fertilization throughout the years. The rock color was changed in the front. Quarterly services are done. They have always responded to our landscaping needs quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

In preparation for our front yard renovation, I interviewed 4 potential contractors. After talking with Chris Mauri for 10-15 minutes, I knew that I was going to hire his company even before I had seen his bid for the work. He listened to what it was I wanted to do, he asked intelligent questions and then proceeded to spend 30 minutes taking pictures of my yard and making detailed measurements. He immediately scheduled a design review at his offices for the following Monday. At the design review, Chris and his design team presented a computer drawing of their proposed design. My wife and I were blown away at the job the design team had done taking our desires and creating a beautiful design. Simply amazing just by itself. But what was even more amazing was the job Benito and his crew did making that design drawing into a beautiful reality in my front yard. And the cost of this work was more than reasonable.

These guys showed up every day at 0630, worked hard and the entire process was impressively orchestrated with no delays or work stoppages at all during the process at all. Communications were professional and top-notch. Mauri Landscaping is by far the most professional contractor that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in many, many years. And when my wife and I are ready for back yard improvements, Chris Mauri will be the guy I call.

Great experience! Excellent service from the very first phone call. The design process was easy and the design was better than what I could have ever imagined. They helped us get the information we needed for HOA approval. The crew on-site was respectful and professional. I appreciated the daily updates on what had been completed and what was planned for the next day.

Chris and his team are exemplary! We presented him with a fairly complex project - installation of a raised pergola w/ refreshment center, and an entire landscape "refresh". I was impressed from day 1 when he & his talented daughter Gabrielle laid out the project on screen - I had many changes & additions, and they accommodated each seamlessly. When my entire vision for the project was denied by my HOA, Mauri Landscapes suggested an alternative that is even better than my original design! As with every large project there were setbacks, but the team was transparent and worked with our schedule to keep on track. We always felt were were in good hands with Chris and his crew - all who are very respectful and approachable. Would definitely use them again.

What a great experience from
Start to finish. Marta and team nailed it on my vision to have an elevated area to see the strip. I wanted simple and contemporary. Great company. Would highly recommend and they work fast and to HOA specs perfectly.

Mauri went above and beyond the call of duty. I have a waterfall feature that needed extensive renovation. There were problems and setbacks, but time and again they solved the issues that cropped up during the restoration.

Also, additional plants and flagstone were integrated into our existing desert landscape.

I am extremely pleased with the finished product.

I had Mauri Landscaping redo our front yard and it turned out beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. Then they started doing monthly maintenance. Finally, a company who cares about what your yard looks like. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
