Very professional, always communicated times, and progress on getting materials when that was needed. I couldn't recommend this company enough, they care about your project and getting you the best results. We had them do mostly installation of plants, cleanup of overgrowth and irrigation, new rocks and planter. This wasn't as big a job as they typically do, but still worked with us as if we were a bigger job. That means a lot when they are willing to treat us with respect and professionalism. Here in Vegas, I have found it difficult to find this more traditional customer service value, but these guys get it. I could not be happier with the work and also with the changes that came up during the course of the job. Everything went so smooth and I will definitely be considering them again in the future for other jobs I might need. This is the best service company I've used here, and if you are looking to completely change your landscape, this is the company to work with.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work that Las Vegas Backyards completed for us. We wanted raised garden beds and pavers so that my wife could safely garden after her recovery from a stroke. I dealt primarily with Avi, and his foreman, Victor. They are both a pleasure to work with.

The contracting process was straightforward and pleasant. The job started on time, and was finished on schedule. The quality of the work is excellent. The garden area was formerly rough and broken ground that my wife couldn't safely enter. Now it's level and smooth with pavers, garden beds, and irrigation, and a shade structure.

There were a couple of minor issues after the job was complete, however, Avi and his team were extremely responsive and fixed them immediately.

I can heartily recommend Las Vegas Backyards, and would seriously consider them again if we need work done in the future.

We worked with Lee and Las Vegas backyards for landscaping our new construction home and it was one of the best decisions we have made!

What set Lee and Las Vegas backyards apart from the other landscapers was how professional and attentive he was to our needs, concerns, and budget throughout the entire project.

Lee made the design process easy, and was the only landscaper we met who offered virtual 3d renderings for us to see our vision before implementation which was huge as it was easy to see and make design changes early. Additionally, he was honest in his recommendations on what we should or shouldn't do to fit within our budget instead of trying to upsell us on things we didn't need. He also gave us great recommendations from his past experience on other projects as well as working with our inspiration pinterest photos to really make our design come to life.

Lee and Katie were also very communicative, which was a huge concern of ours going into this project as we had read/heard of all the horror stories from yelp reviews and our local friends; we knew exactly what was the next step, who it was on, and when to expect the start and completion date. Additionally, the management team was very professional and even had an organized google drive and were highly responsive in our text group — might not sound crazy but we really appreciated these small things as it made organization and communication so much easier.

Most importantly, the end product turned out to be so much better than we had imagined. Each detail was almost exact to our original design plan and the guys were clean, respectful, and quick in delivering on the project. Everything turned out amazing and we were so impressed that we can’t thank Lee, Katie, and the team enough. 10/10 experience and highly recommend Las Vegas Backyards. We will definitely be coming back for all our other future renovation and projects!!

Lee, Katie, Victor and his team were all really great to work with. I contacted LVB a month before my daughter’s birthday hoping that we’d have a nice backyard (pavers, a patio cover, and landscaping) in time for the party, and they delivered. These were all constructed in 10 days. Lee even helped me move a heavy box of patio furniture and Victor installed string lights on his day off. Katie took care of the HOA application which was approved with no issues. Victor’s team worked quickly yet with attention to detail. This is a great company that does it all.

The entire team at LV backyards is wonderful! We originally hired them to do our small backyard patio,they took care of everything from our HOA approval to clean up! In fact, they did such a good job that we added a front yard refresh and a garbage can pad! They are fast, honest, efficient, quiet, clean, and respectful of our property. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to our friends!

Very professional and personable group. Lee and Katie were great at communication and always prompt in schematics, planning, and implementing. Well orchestrated landscaping crews who were quick, efficient and friendly. Project turned out positively perfect and beautiful. The whole thing went off without a hitch. I’ve been remodeling and landscaping for 2 years with 3 different and supposedly reputable major contracting companies. We were so fortunate to have found Las Vegas Backyards to install our beautiful back yard landscaping on our new home in North Las Vegas. We started with raw desert dirt and finished with a lovely and aesthetic back patio with pavers that match our driveway, artificial turf that will stand up to the Vegas sun, beautiful rocks, and lighted and irrigated plants. Lee and Katie were super responsive and pro active. It took the HOA a ridiculously long time to approve our plans, but Lee and Katie routinely followed up. They stuck by the initial quote, even though so much time elapsed from the time of bid until we finally got HOA approval. Once we got the approval, Lee had a great crew on the site and completed the work in a flash. I'm sure the neighbors appreciate the dramatic yard makeover as much as we do. Las Vegas Backyards has really terrific people with great ideas and are a joy to work with. I bought a newly constructed home and needed landscaping for the backyard. The only thing I new was I didn't want any live plants to take care of. Las Vegas Backyards was able to set up an appointment for an estimate on the day I needed. They recommended a mix of rock and turf that would look good and cut down on the overall cost. They weren't the cheapest but the customer service alone was worth the extra cost.

I was initially told my job could start the day I moved into my new home but they had some extra time and started a week early. The job was finished a few days before I moved in. I got updated pictures every day until the job was done.

The final project came out better than I expected. The work is top notch. The result is amazing. I love my beautiful backyard.

Recently bought a new home with a backyard that needed a little TLC. Lee and his team were very helpful in assisting us in the design that was so much better than we even envisioned. From start to finish Lee and his team were beyond accommodating and beyond easy to work with. Mario, the lead Foreman and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, talented and transparent. We are absolutely in love with our new turf and pergola and know we made the right decision going with Las Vegas Backyards. Highly recommend if you're looking for high quality no fuss or frustration upgrade to you home.

I worked with Las Vegas Backyards for landscaping my backyard. It was a great experience from start to finish. Lee took great care in the planning process to make sure that the design was not only what I wanted but looked great as well. The quality of the work was great and was completed quickly. They are a very reliable company and everyone that I worked with was fantastic! I highly recommend working with them.

I’m writing this follow-up review because the business owner responded to my last review and misrepresented the facts. In his response, he claimed that I did not pay for the weed barrier and was asking for it for free, which is not true.
I made it very clear to our project manager,
David, that weeds were our biggest concern for the backyard. We paid in full for the removal of the weed barrier, and David assured us there would be no more weeds. Now the owner is saying that weeds can return regardless of paying for the barrier, which was never mentioned to us. This feels like a serious lack of honesty. I find it funny how the business owner only responded to my concern about the weed barrier and completely ignored the total lack of professionalism from his project manager. I have proof in my receipts that I was charged for the weed barrier service, and if needed, I will upload those receipts here to prove this company’s deceit. Honestly, the way the owner responded felt really condescending, and it shows how this company treats customers once they’ve got your money. I really hope he’s not intentionally lying about this, but if he is, that’s a huge red flag for anyone thinking of doing business here.

To potential customers: like I said in my last review, just beware!

Las Vegas backyards was very professional and made our backyard vision come to life. Lee, David, Victor and Katie worked well together and whenever there were questions or concerns they worked together to get the job finished. The quality of work was great, because the communication helped flush out what we wanted and what was needed to complete the work. The finished design brought our dream backyard together. Thank you Las Vegas Backyards! I would definitely hire this company again for future projects.

I can't stress enough how utterly disastrous my experience with Las Vegas Backyards has been, particularly with their project manager, David. If you’re considering hiring this company, do yourself a favor and RUN the other way!
When David first came to give us a quote in December 2022, he was smooth-talking and full of false promises. He sold us on the ridiculous notion that the pavers his company installed would somehow eliminate our weed problems for good. He also insisted we reuse our old rocks, despite our clear expression of interest in a different design. David assured us that if we weren’t satisfied with the result, he would fix it. Spoiler alert: he didn’t.
A month after the project was completed, we started seeing weeds creeping through the gaps in the pavers. When we reached out to David for help, he repeatedly postponed his visits, treating our concerns like they were an inconvenience. When he finally showed up, he had the audacity to suggest that we should just rip out the weeds ourselves and buy some weed killer. Seriously? This was not the solution we signed up for!
When we pointed out that he never mentioned this could be a possibility and that he had absolutely guaranteed us we wouldn’t have to deal with weeds, he brushed us off, saying it was unrealistic to expect a 100% guarantee. How convenient for him! After he left, he even sent a text saying our backyard was “beautiful” and inviting us to let him know when we host a barbecue. What a joke! I told him how unprofessional this was, and he had the nerve to lash out, telling me never to contact him again and accusing me of not being “grateful.” Grateful? For what? For being ripped off?
We paid $17,000 for this disaster, and once he got his money, his attitude did a complete 180. David is nothing but a money-hungry scam artist who manipulated my family and me into believing we would have our dream backyard. Instead, we are left with a nightmare of weeds and unfulfilled promises.
This has been the worst financial decision of my life, and I still can’t sleep at night knowing how badly we were taken advantage of. Please, for the love of all that is good, avoid Las Vegas Backyards. They will charm you until they get your money, and then you’ll see their true colors—disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and look for a company that actually cares about its customers and delivers on its promises!

Avi and his team completely transformed our yard with gorgeous pavers, turf, trees, and plants. They were so easy to work with, showed up on time, and took care of every detail. We love our new space!

We recently met with several landscapers to do a refresh of our front yard landscape. We chose Las Vegas Backyards after meeting with Lee (owner). We were overly impressed with his professionalism and willingness to listen to our ideas and concerns regarding our project. LV Backyards has an office here in town where one can visit and see some of their samples if that is important or assists you with ideas for your project. Our project was started almost immediately and completed in three days. Everything that was to be done was communicated to us prior to and Lee arrived on site each day to ensure our complete satisfaction with the job. It’s not too often that you find a business so willing to ensure your happiness and satisfaction. All our work was completed as expected and we were assured that all our work would be guaranteed against any unforeseen issues. Once again, Las Vegas Backyards is an amazing business to work with and I would not hesitate use them again or refer someone to them. Thank you Lee and LV Backyards.
