We needed a full backyard initial landscaping at a new built home. We wanted the materials and workmanship to be top quality. And with 2-15 Landscaping, that's exactly what we received. Sean is very knowledgeable about his business, and his great ideas, from design to plant selection, were very helpful in finalizing our plan. He never once said something couldn't or shouldn't be done. He instead offered alternatives that always made things fit better. The office manager, Deardra, is a delight. Always very helpful and sensitive to our needs. His crew (Omar, Mario, Jose, Carlos and Walter) are the best. They were each very experienced and meticulous down to the smallest detail. The project flowed smoothly from start to finish. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day and never left a mess. Best backyard we ever had. We are deeply grateful to all the folks at 2-15 Landscaping. We will definitely use this fine company for future projects. We highly recommend.

After several estimates I chose 2-15 Landscaping. Sean listened to what I wanted for my backyard installation and he came up with a great design. The crew was awesome- efficient, organized, and excellent work. I am so happy with the results- I highly recommend them!

Blaine came out and gave me a quote. I had a waterfall with a creek running through my backyard. Take my word for it you don't want one especially if you have messy trees in your yard. The quote included demo of the water feature and fill with new lawn (fake stuff, no real grass allowed) in its place and replacing existing turf. His quote was not the cheapest (or most expensive) but the reviews were stellar. Plus, they were from Angie website and I have had good luck with their contractors in the past.
I stopped the work temporarily as I didn't think it was being done to my specs. But Blaine came out and we worked through it and the job took approx a week . Their crew did an outstanding job and we (my wife and I) are extremely pleased with the result. Their crew worked very hard to make it look beautiful. I would definitely recommend them. My only concern was the deposit. I paid 50 percent up front and later discovered Nevada law limits it to $1000 or 10 percent. Either way the finished product was well worth it.

We recently did a remodel of this backyard for one of our clients. We ended up choosing SEAN and his team. They came out and executed removal of dead grass area dead trees and shrubs and installing artificial synthetic turf, fixed all the irrigation and installed new trees, plants and shrubs, new paver walkway, fixed existing patio and updated everything in the backyard. We’re excited to use 215 Landscaping for our next project!

2-15 landscaping is the absolute best. I would give 6 stars if possible. Sean was wonderful. He came up with the perfect design for my new front yard. He really was so helpful with picking out what plants I wanted. The crew was so friendly and professional.
I will definitely call them when I re-do my back yard.

2-15 Landscaping and Sean just finished phase one of our new background. This project was a new home and starting with just bare dirt. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. Sean took extra time and multiple site finishes to fully catch our vision. He developed an excellent rendering so we could ‘see’ what it would like before the first shovel full dirt. As the work progressed he stayed in touch and was always Johnny on the spot as concerns or minor tweaks popped up.

We absolutely recommend Sean and 2-15 Landscaping to anyone looking to create or update thier dream backyard.

We used Desert Springs for our complete backyard pool, spa, and outdoor renovation project, and this review is specifically for their landscaping team, who were outstanding to work with.

They handled the landscaping for both our front and back yard, including plants, trees, rock work, and lighting, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized from start to finish.

Mario was exceptional throughout the project and truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly patient with my wife and I as we made changes, added ideas, and adjusted things along the way. In fact, they did such a great job that we kept finding more projects for them to do — we originally weren’t even planning to renovate parts of the front yard, but after seeing the quality of their work, we decided to move forward with additional areas there as well. Mario was always responsive, detail-oriented, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out right.

Ramon and the crew were hardworking, professional, and consistently kept the project moving while maintaining a very clean and organized job site. Zenaida was also extremely helpful with coordination, scheduling, and billing, which made communication easy and seamless throughout the project.

The entire team was reliable, on time, respectful, and easy to work with from beginning to end. They are not the cheapest option out there, but in our experience you truly get what you pay for. The level of professionalism, communication, quality, and attention to detail made it well worth it.

Dustin Lowe services our Pool weekly, he does a good job and responsive to our needs. Over the years the price of service has gone up considerably which has made us weary but overall we are happy with their service.

Did a refurbish of the back yard with Desert Springs. Pebble tech the pool, refinished cement decking, pool equipment upgrade, and relocation and upgrade of outdoor BBQ. All work exceeded expectations. Very professional and responsive team. Answered all my questions along the way. Great experience working with the team from Desert Springs.

We hired Desert Springs Group to design our backyard in our new home and I can say it was one of the best choices we made! Not only did they work with us to design the backyard of my dreams, but they were so professional, kind and detail oriented! I will continue to use them any chance I get and refer them to all of my friends!

While looking for a pool company to build our pool only good thing was sales rep Ryan went in designed our layout of our pool and all seemed to be good started building on 12/21/21 they first dug per my contract the time for completion was to be 12-16 weeks after digging. Well they have the worst customer service for communication lack there of. Good luck…. They had the excavator in my backyard for almost 30 days just sitting again lack of communication not only between themselves internally but with customers they claimed due to weather there was absolutely no weather issues but being cold. Pool did not get completed till 2nd week of May. And that was from me constantly calling to complain once they finish the digging instead of scheduling the next step after one is completed they wait last minute and takes forever. After phone call, after phone call and email after email it’s draining and very time consuming. Again GOOD LUCK.
Fast forward now September our pool pump stopped working on the app and was not running and with the triple digits the pool needs to run or will get and start to build algae called last week 9/5 to schedule someone to come out as under warranty was told and marked my calendar 9/6 come that day late afternoon no one showed up Starr in the warranty department (the only one who can make these appointments) she claimed it was for 9/7 I waited and the tech came out for all about 15 mins to determine we needed to contact Pentair for warranty claim and that it would be early the following week as (pentair takes 72 hrs alone to get back to them they again “CLAIM”). He had to set the pool to run on a timer. Fast forward to this coming week I called early week left a message for Star to check the status and not available left her a message. (Don’t hold your breathe for a response not even a courtesy 24 hrs later) called back again as still no response called back 9/15 still Star not available left her another voicemail in the morning at 7:32 at 2:30 called back and she is still not available then asked to speak to someone else was told. Can talk to the GM was then told I have to send an email I said no thanks why would I send an email NO I NEED ANSWERS. Reached out to my sales rep for assistance to be told he’ll let Star and the I assume GM know. Took matters into my own hands and called Pentair and guess what 30 mins later I got an appointment for today the following day. So yeah thanks for nothing Desert Springs lack of communication and Piss Poor Customer Service….. would NOT recommend unless you care less. Would rate NO STAR but it does not allow you to do so. Make sure to read reviews and do your research for such a large expense.

I’ve contracted desert springs group for pool building and pool maintenance. The pool building went pretty smooth minus COVID delays.

They pushed pool Maintance on us once a week for $130 a month. Everything went well until employees started quitting on them and I had different pool guys for a while. This last employee of Desert Springs Group has been slacking it for about 2 months.

I hesitated on calling Desert Springs since all humans have “off days”. I finally just gave up and watched the cameras, this pool guy would come and swirl the water around, never used a brush, net, or any other resources to clean our pool.

Wouldn’t empty the filter or skimmer.

I emailed them and told them what this guy was not doing, and Shelley took no responsibility. Instead she said that refunds are never done for reasons of gated communities nor leaving your gate closed for the pool guy. In a follow-up email I explained that that’s never been an issue. The issue is this employee doesn’t work, and I don’t believe in paying for nothing. I asked to cancel the service and a refund for the 2 months we’ve had this specific pool guy, since we’ve been having to do his job. I have pictures and videos. Shelley doesn’t care

We were new to Vegas and heard varying stories about long wait times, supply issues & unmet expectations between customers and their pool companies. NOT THE CASE WITH DESERT SPRINGS POOLS & SPAS.

All the personnel associated with the project…designer, project manager and back-office staff understood our concerns when they arose and were proactive in creating solutions; like when the waterline tile we selected wound up being out of stock when installation time rolled around.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism, communication, attentive customer care & timely scheduling from Desert Spring in transforming our dreams into an amazing reality.

After a horrible experience with a different pool and spa repair company that lasted 3 months with no completed repair, customer contact or honesty, we contacted Desert Springs Pools and Spas. We spoke to a representative, Shelly, who was helpful, responsive and professional. The tech, Saul, came out within 4 days of our call and our repair was completed. If you're looking for a reasonably priced company that has excellent customer service, I highly recommend this one. I will definetly use them in the future.

Desert Springs handled our desert landscape conversion and pool resurface w/plaster and glass tile. They were responsive, explained all of the options and process clearly during the design phase. Both crews did amazing work, communicated clearly and left the job site clean every day. The results are stunning and our outdoor living space is fresh and new.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience and we would highly recommend Desert Springs.
