From start to finish Skyline Moving Services was absolutely AMAZING. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I don’t leave many reviews but this one is deserving!!! Moving is a very stressful time and they made things seamless. Jeremy H. and Derel were the two man crew who worked diligently for nine hours to complete my move. I was definitely not as prepared for them as I should have been but they graciously jumped in without question and got the job done. When at our new home, they diligently unloaded and placed everything as labeled on boxes (kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom, garage ect). Skyline is competitively priced but the customer service and the crew went above and beyond, which makes them the obvious choice! I would have happily paid double for their services. I will definitely be using them again and I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!

Two bedroom, 1100 sq ft apartment, no large appliances took 6 hrs to move out. Live on the 3rd floor with a set of 7 steps between each resting platform. I don’t understand because the layout was identified beforehand.

Moving into my new home, movers chipped the paint on my brand new walls. I wouldn’t mind as much since things happen, BUT no one said a word!!! I noticed the chipped paint as they were leaving and that is when it was explained to me as an accident. Why try to hide it?? This prompted me to notice several smudges on my walls throughout my house.

The movers seemed to be nice guys, but the actual moving experience was not pleasant.

To add insult to injury, I now see that the movers damaged my tv and did not say a word about this either. I actually tipped those guys $30 each at their request, and they did not have the decency to tell me the damaged my home and property! Anyways, use Skyline at your own risk.

Skyline moving services sent over Terrence and Marc, two great gentlemen that were so focus like they were packing a suitcase full of their most delicate possessions. I'm feeling good about my stuff. I would have given 5 stars but the scheduled arrival was in the latter part of the day, which caused their work to exceed past evening. No fault of the guys but reflective of the scheduler and me not specifying clearly a request for a morning move. Overall I highly recommend Skyline Moving Services for pricing, professionalism and the care of my personal items.

Aleshia was very professional during all encounters with her. She kept me informed on everything for the moves.

I did business with Skyline twice in the last seven years. From my first encounter with Aleshia it was really professional. The two team of workers that came to move me were always helpful. They were timely and are very reliable.

Raymond, Edgar and Alex were fantastic. We had plenty of heavy items to move and they did it very quickly, beating the initial time estimate and got everything where we needed. They were also friendly, great guys to work with.

Skyline moving service did an amazing job for me this weekend. The movers were prompt, courteous and took extra time and care to make sure they didn't compromise the integrity of any of my belongings as they loaded up my furniture, electronics, etc. I had some very heavy items in a room that I was not bringing to my new place and they carried those things to the trash for me. Those items were not a part of the move so I thought it was really cool that they were willing to do that for me. I would definitely recommend Skyline Moving Service to anyone looking for a precise and efficient move. They went above and beyond expectations for me.

Best moving company I’ve ever used. Very professional courteous, and the prices are great. The Employees were exceptional, especially Alicia and Michael. Would use this company for any move.

Raymond and Edgar called 20 minutes out. Showed up set up the truck brought blankets tape plastic wrap carts dolls and other stuff to warp pack and ship my stuff across town.
Emptied my apartment, stopped to empty my storage. Delivered it all to my house put refrigerator stove and table on back patio reassembled my California King Adjustable Base Bed. Put everything where I asked.
Finalized the move that had 5 hours billable.
That apartment building was/is a logistical nightmare. Once out of there it was just traffic and the location of my storage and house.
It went smooth no harm no foul, they did a great job.

We just moved to UT from NV. We called to multiple different moving companies for quotes and skyline was by far the easiest, most detailed, and professional to work with and they had very competitive pricing! The first person we talked to on the phone was Alysha and she was super helpful!! We had a ton of questions and no one at skyline ever acted annoyed at us for that and took the time to answer all our questions to make us feel comfortable! Michael was very nice and helpful, he came to our home in NV to do a walk through to make sure our quote was accurate and to see the space and all our stuff they were going to move. The day of our move we had such amazing, hard working, professional, and polite movers!! Edgar and Raymond :) they were great at their job and we also had a lot of fun getting to know them a bit during our move. They drove the moving truck from NV to UT and unloaded the next day! Everything went smooth! No issues! Would 100% use skyline again and would recommend them to others! Thank you all for making our out of state move go smoothly! We appreciate you all:)

Dorrell and Jeremy were very respectful and professional. They were on time, handled our belongings carefully, and put all the furniture and boxes at each location or part of the house. Thank you, Skyline Moving Services, for having good employees.

Missing $8,000 of Property and No Accountability

I used Skyline Moving Service for an interstate move from Nevada to Michigan, and it was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. When my shipment arrived, several high-value items were missing — including about $5,000 worth of golf clubs and a $3,000 NVIDIA graphics card. These were professionally packed and handed directly to their team, yet they simply never arrived.

Instead of investigating or taking responsibility, Skyline offered me $91, then increased it to $200 after I pushed back — nowhere close to the actual loss. They repeatedly hid behind the “$0.60 per pound” clause, even though valuation limits do not apply to items that are never delivered.

Communication was slow, dismissive, and scripted. I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issue, and they stopped responding altogether.

If you value your belongings, do not use this company. The lack of accountability and the disappearance of high-value items should concern anyone considering them for a move.

Skyline has been providing the preferred customer service for my family each time we needed their service. That display an elite level of professionalism as well as relocating my belongings safely and securely. I recommend Skyline to residual families because the customer service care provides comfort during the process of individuals handling your personal and furniture items. Our families experience with Skyline is fulfilled with complete satisfaction and would use their services again in the future.

Michael and Edgar went above and beyond to help install my vending machines. The customer service was beyond amazing and the communication was great. I also wanted to say Joe did an amazing job getting me setup and explaining the process. Overall it was a very good experience!

Best moving company in town. They helped me move my fully furnished apartment into a beautiful 2-story home & I couldn’t be happier with how things went! They even loaded items last I needed off the truck first & put the labeled boxes in the designated rooms! Huge help for me being a small business owner & single dog mom! Excellent experience working with Skyline Moving Services. Ray, Casey, and Vari were great with our move. They took great care of packing and moving our items. Great team to work with and very friendly and accommodating. We had a special request and Alicia in the office was wonderful to work with; she was very kind to us, and was very understanding. I would use them again in the future. I highly recommend their services.

The crew showed up in the window of time as promised. Friendly movers. Impressive work with a Dolly. They had a very large, clean moving truck. They had moving blankets which can be purchased for $15 each. I did buy 2. They wrapped what needed to be and honestly made the job look easy. They took my bed apart and wrapped my mattress well. Skyline made what could have been a stressful day - easy!! Very satisfied! I would also like to add that the owner‘s wife scheduled my move and I had a great quote and no issues with booking! They sent a text when they were 30 min away the morning of the move. I had a great experience and hope you do too!!

There reviews are so high because when they mess up they lowball you. Once that’s accepted you sign a contract to not write negative reviews.

They broke our 86 inch tv. Broke my daughter’s crib. Lost a bookshelf and 2 boxes. Fortunately one of the boxes had my info in it and the person they dropped it off with called me and shipped it back. However, that cost $75 for shipping and the person they left it with also mentioned they were missing 2 boxes. After breaking the crib and tv and losing 3 large items they offered me $350 and a contract saying I cannot write a negative review. Moving is hard enough but they made it worse. It also took 3 weeks to receive our stuff.
