Patrick gave us a free consultation and show us how to use all the system since we just moved into the new house 2 weeks ago. He was patient, professional and easy to talk to( we ask a lot of dump questions) We will only use him for all the pool service from now on. Thank you Patrick

Pat has been servicing our pool now for a year. If I need anything Pat is very responsive, professional, & knowledgeable. Not, to mention the awesome dog treats he leaves for my dogs.

After asking my location, The old man told me over the phone they don’t service Summerlin and don’t know of any company who does. Like what? That is such an absurd statement. He also stated they won’t accept any one time service for cleaning unless I would hire them for a regular cleaning as well. I do need both but hearing this before getting a quote from them tells me that everything I need to know about their customer service and company values. I’m glad I didn’t have to waste my time with them. Unprofessional and just shady behavior. SMH! Wow!

Pat came out and cleaned our pool last minute on a Saturday when no one else wanted to come help on a weekend. We don’t get many days off and it was nice to be able to swim with the kids. Very friendly and did a super thorough job! Highly recommend.

Silverstate seems to actually care about the quality of service and any issues that need to be addressed. The weekly service report is invaluable for keeping us apprised of pool chemistry and actions taken.

I contacted Silver State Pool Service in the morning last week and he responded right away and was here evaluating my pool that same afternoon. I had just moved in and the pool was dirty and green to say the least. He started servicing it that same day, vacuumed the next day, and did follow up the day after that. The pool is blue now and we are able to swim!! Highly recommend!!

Paul at Silver State does an amazing job with our pool. Reasonably priced as well. We've had two wind storms that left our brand new pool quite messy -- he got it sparkling clean both times. Highly recommend!

Pat from Silver State Pool Service has been amazing. I have been using this service since May 2022 and I highly recommend them. They provide weekly pool cleaning and are consistent and thorough. Even though I don't really care when they come, if their schedule changes for some reason, they always let me know in advance.
