I had a water line in my ceiling rupture which soaked into the carpet in several areas of my house. Best Clean went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and arrived within a couple hours providing same day service. They did a great job and even hand scrubbed trouble spots. The results turned out great and I highly recommend Best Clean services.

We purchased a previously loved rug from a store that used it for display purposes. It was in good condition, but needless to say it was in need of some deep cleaning. We found Best Clean Carpet and Tile Care from googling carpet cleaners.
We are glad our chance on-line find led us the Best Clean. Meeting up with Bragg we were very please with his honesty and service. Since the rug was used in a high traffic area he advised that he would do his best, but can’t guarantee the rug would be pristine. We understood and requested he do the best he could to get it as clean and stain-free as possible.
The wife and I were pleasantly surprised on how close to perfection the rug came out. We would definitely be calling Best Clean Carpet and Tile Care in the future and recommend Bragg to our friends.

Carpets, tile and grout … Best Clean, LLC does it all w/phenomenal results! Our tan grout had darkened in kitchen over the years and is tan again! We are super pleased how amazing our floors look. Bragg is detailed and efficient w/out cutting corners or taking shortcuts and a master of his craft. Plus he’s super kind and very easy to work with!

much better results than I had expected! I haven't had my carpets cleaned for about five years and I was so thrilled with the quality of the cleaning. Bragg explained the pretreatment process and cleaning process ahead of time so I knew what to expect. The cleaning was quicker than I had expected, and the drying time is very reasonable. I had one well worn area that I really thought he would not be able to do anything with, and even though he apologized that he couldn't get it perfect, it was markedly better than it was before he started. Very pleased with the results, and now I will schedule cleaning annually to keep it that way!

Best Clean did an outstanding job cleaning my area rug. They even squeezed me in a couple days early! My area rug was heavily soiled because I had a sick dog, and it is brand new again. I won’t be using any other service from now on.

Bragg is personable, professional & responsive. He arrived on time to pick up the rug. He called to provide information about an issue he encountered during the cleaning process. He delivered the cleaned rug on the promised date and took time to answer all our questions and gave good information on how to determine if a rug is good quality. We are very happy with the results of the cleaning.

Best Clean did a great job with cleaning our carpets. Bragg was early and we went over what I needed cleaned and any special areas on my carpets that needed more attention. Carpets had food stains, dirt and grease on them. I had both of my livings rooms cleaned, dining room, stairs and upstairs hallway cleaned. Everything looks clean and refreshed. Would recommend to anyone.
