I own a rental unit and needed the annual inspection done on the A/C unit. I talked to Action Air and asked them to communicate with the management company and set up an appointment. That was on a Friday. Tuesday I received the invoice for the completed work. The unit checked out fine with no extra charges. Action Air did it quickly and correctly. I will use them again.

Professional, promt, after hours service & fixed our blow motor immediately. They even offered the use of a portable a/c until they could install the new motor.

After a wrong diagnostics action air came to my rescue. Did another diagnostic check and found that the first one was totally wrong. After 4 days with no air they got it up and running the same day of the diagnostics. Nick and Eddie are truly my heroes. They definitely put the customers first.

Nick and his apprentice came and ran diagnostics on my heat pump. They were very knowledgeable and discussed the results with me afterwards. Very good experience!

Eddie was on time, polite and friendly with my dogs. He explained everything he would be checking ,which got an A for functioning perfectly. Eddie is great.

In this day and age it can be very difficult finding a reliable company that will actually have honest representatives working for them and offer excellent quality work, here you can find that! I am greatful for the exceptional experience that I had with Action Air. My unit went out and was blowing hot air. I called Action Air for help, they offered suggestions to trouble shoot on my own before sending a technician who came the same day.The technician Nick who came to the save the day, had the very best attitude and quickly found the problem and fixed it in

Action Air installed a new unit into the house per management. The crew arrived on time, although there were some delays, it was beyond their control. Professional, kept me up to date.

I called to get an estimate and ended up talking to Nick who is the service manager OMG this guy is a saint! My parents house the air conditioning issue have been a problem for months! This guy knew EVERYTHING right away and educated me and my mom! Love the honestly and when I called I had great vibes that this guy knew what he was talking about! I’ve called several other companies and they were ok but this guy was TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend this guy and the company! I hope that if you looking for an honest service this company is it! As long as Nick is managing the service you will be in GREAT HANDS!!! he did have a helper Ed he was awesome helping!

Excellent, honest company. My technician Nick and Eddie arrived on time. Had a complete install. Nick kept me well informed every step of the way. The install wasn't easy, yet Nick and Eddie worked side by side and remained calm and professional throughout the whole process. Very satisfied with the results of my new unit!
