Action Air is an amazing company. Tracy is kind and helpful as she sets up the appointments. She works hard to get you on the schedule as soon as possible when you have an emergency situation. Nick is a professional, honest, kind, and knowledgeable technician; who is dedicated to helping customers until all issues are solved. His assistant, Eddie, is also very kind and helpful, and as they work together, they are faster and more efficient in their service calls. Action Air is the only company I trust to get the job done right, and at a fair cost. Thank you Action Air!

Tracey and Nick are the absolute best!! They came out and replaced my A/C system quickly and even found some other issues in my home that needed attention before they became a problem. Nicks attention to detail is second to none. I highly recommend them for any type of service you need

Everything was great! Tracy was friendly and accommodating to our busy schedules when making the appointment. Nick showed up with his apprentice and they were both very professional and thorough. Nick went above and beyond to explain everything to us. We ended up signing up for the service plan and look forward to their visit in the fall. Thank you!

The 1st diagnostic was wrong, I paid $200 for extra work that was not needed, THEY would not do that work and my team that did it told me the strainer was fine. The 2nd time he found the problem, told me if I found the part he could come back , I found the part and the boss lady starts making excuses we can't take responsibility, etc. I just wanted him to put my part in. Luckily I can do that myself. Was weird, but got the problem solved. I owned service biz for many years I always did what the customer wanted. I did not care if I sold the part or not. Greed or flighty, not sure what their problem is. UPDATE: I had another ac company come out as the board did not fix the problem, it ended up being T stat programing. The board replaced did have a burn mark, but was not the cuase of no cool air. At least I know my strainer is clean and I have a good control board going forward.

The techs came out quickly but led us to believe that we needed $15,000 of parts and services. This is after we already paid them a good amount of money for them to provide a service that did not work!

During a recent heatwave in Las Vegas, with temperatures reaching 115-120 degrees, our condo's AC unit began malfunctioning. The temperature would climb to 90 degrees, reset to 78-80 degrees, then slowly rise again.
We called Action Air Conditioning, Inc., and they promptly sent two technicians. After conducting tests, they informed us that the refrigerant was low and recommended adding two pounds. We agreed to this service, which came at a cost we found to be substantial.
Unfortunately, about an hour after their visit, our place began warming up again. We called them back, and they returned the next day. At this point, they reported multiple issues with the entire HVAC unit. They presented two options: replacing the unit for $14,000-$15,000 or attempting repairs for at least $5,000, though they emphasized that the repair option might not be satisfactory.
Seeking a second opinion, we contacted our building's handyman on a neighbor's recommendation. The handyman identified and resolved the issue within 10 minutes at no cost to us. The problem turned out to be a clogged drain hose, which he cleared.
While we appreciated Action Air Conditioning's prompt initial response, we were surprised by the discrepancy between their diagnosis and the actual issue. The simplicity of the eventual solution, which required no special equipment, was unexpected given the previous recommendations for extensive and costly repairs or replacement.
This experience has led us to question the thoroughness of the initial diagnosis and the necessity of the services we were charged for. We encourage other customers to seek second opinions for AC issues, especially when faced with significant repair or replacement costs.
