Air Supply Heating and Cooling

I was very impressed with the customer service professional Carmello! I have to give 5 stars. But the technician who came( I won’t mention names) was more like 2 stars. He showed up unprepared. He arrived and didn’t have a water extension hose to clean the unit. He wanted to reschedule or do the tune up without it. So the unit wouldn’t be cleaned even though it is included in the tune up. He said he left without it. Should be standard to have it with you if you were supposed to be cleaning hvac systems with the tune up. He ended up using my hose, which was fine. But, when I looked in the unit, It still has debris. You would think he would hose it down which I was hoping for. I thought that would be standard. Now I might have to open it myself or hire another company to clean out debris. Thus, I gave 3 stars.

Carmello reached out after he had learned that I was not happy about the service and wanted to make things right. Carmello went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. 5 star customer service again! The technician Austin showed up today. And, he did a great job! He was very professional, friendly, and most of all prepared. He had everything he needed to complete the job! He brought a ladder, 100 foot hose, and tool box. I will definitely be asking for Austin in the future! He is a 5 star technician! I believe in giving 2nd chances and I’m glad I did!

Technician Danny Salman was prompt, honest, helpful and thorough in diagnosing my heating issue, ordering replacement part and scheduling service.

new unit. still have instalation issues acording to what tech said. not enough low voltage wires so to Swatchhata between AC and Heat they have to Swatchhata a wire. this is a problem on fall and spring days when you might need AC during day and Heat at night. Hopefully they will fix this install error.
