Wasn’t pleased, my problem still exists.. Didn’t really listen to my complaints about the heating system.made his own decision and let me with no hot water. Told me wasn’t shut off valve for ac to get hot water. Ac people said not true. Not very knowledgeable on my hot water radiator furnace. American Home Shield referred

Let me start by saying, I highly recommend this company! My experience in every area was stellar. Starting with Nick, the technician who came to service my unit that wasn’t working, him recommending what my options were, taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions thoroughly. Gave me options, and having a 19 year old AC, we opted for a new unit. They gave me a 10 year parts & labor manufacturers warranty (that’s important, because if you just get a warranty from the AC company and they go out of business, you’re out of luck. With a manufacturers warranty, they will back it up even if the AC company closes their doors), and a service program for my other units. I couldn’t ask for more. The technicians that came out and installed the unit today were within the timeframe they gave me, courteous & professional. Even Sharon, the lady I spoke with in the office regarding my payment was super nice. The service I received was above and beyond.
