Really terrible service, stay away.

Made an appt at 8am this morning, then got a call from a tech 6 hours later cancelling. Which sucks on its own, but they also told me they wouldn't be able to make it after 3pm at all, any day, and that I should call another company. Of course, the day is over, so I can't find another company to come out today, as they said they would.

So either be better about scheduling, or if you're a potential client, maybe just call another company instead and skip the middle man.

They charge double what everyone else charges for a service call. They won't stand behind their work. If you get past the dispatch girl to the "guy in charge" you will find him very rude and 'no' customer service skills whatsoever. I told him I think it would be better if I called someone else. He said go ahead. In my own business, I NEVER say that because obviously they will and they will never come back and will give you a bad referral to everyone they know. I always try to be a little "flexible" and courteous to my customers to try and resolve issues. This guy could care less. Call them if you want but "good luck" with these folks. With his attitude, he probably won't be in business long anyway.
