Phenomenal service! I wasn't really looking to switch janitorial companies, but when Brett came into my office and told me that citiclean services would clean our building for free for 14 days, detail my car for free i had to take him up on the offer. Citiclean and brett haven't let me down once. They did everything they said they were going to do and even save me a ton of money! Cool dude, cool service. Very pleased with the transfer of service.

CitiClean Services does a dang good job cleaning our place. They do this thing that keeps them accountable to the hours they clean. After the first couple weeks, they give us a time log sheet; if the time they spent cleaning doesn't match (or come close) to what they quoted our bill at, then they will give us the entire month for free! However, we've never received a free month yet, but that doesn't bother us because at least they are showing us that they are holding themselves accountable for their services.

The other day we had an accident on our carpet, and the next morning it was taken care of. They didn't even bill us for it! When I asked Chad (the owner) why they didn't increase our bill, he said, "Oh, just because we were there and it was easy for us to take care of." I say they did it just because they're nice guys! Things like that is why we won't ever switch to anybody else. Very pleased with CitiClean!

Great Guys! We started looking at other janitorial companies because ours was just too expensive. Chad and Brett came in and did a very professional bid. I've been getting junk emails from Citiclean for years and no matter how many times I unsubscribe, mark as spam, and ask to be removed from their list, they continue sending emails from different email addresses. Very poor business practice.
