The team who cleaned our house was fantastic! They were quick, friendly, and did a superb job. They knew what to do and what to leave alone, and they did the job in a fraction of the time I could have! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

They came and cleaned our office. Joel did a great job. The carpets are cleaner than they've ever been. He also gave us booties to wear so that we didn't track dirt. Would recommend to all friends and family.

Their automatic system provides ETA and they will check in with you to make sure you are satisfied. It is rare to find a company that puts its customer first before profit. we are SO pleased with the carpet cleaning job VIP Cleaning did for us! I thought perhaps our carpet in some of our high traffic areas was a lost cause but they were able to get all of our carpet looking fresh and clean! I feel like i'm in a new house again. Incredible experience! Our garage was so filthy…just thick dust everywhere from a remodel over the summer, the contractor cut hard wood in our garage during the remodel, the fine wood, dust made its way into EVERYTHING! VIP came in cleaned, organized and restored EVERYTHING! The cleaners were so kind, helpful, hardworking and went above and beyond! Our garage is cleaner than before! It was not an easy job! Overall I was pleased with the work and especially the price. They worked with me on the price and the estimator and the guys cleaning the floors were very kind. I was a little disappointed that my travertine floors didn't come out cleaner than they did. I was also told that the guys would move all of the furniture but when they arrived they said they didn't schedule time for that so I had to move all of the furniture while they got set up. The estimator also told me if I didn't want the area rug placed done they would take those areas off of the bill. I did want them done so i moved all of the area rugs. But they didn't go over those areas and I still payed for all of it. One final concern was the sealant. Maybe I just didn't understand how sealant works but they just sprayed the grout with a spray and didn't seal the actual tiles and it was $200. But again they were kind and worked efficiently.

VIP Cleaning Services is by far the most professional. Their staff are very polite, respectful, thorough and efficient. Maurice goes above and beyond to make sure the clients are satisfied and happy with their services. They did approximate 40 windows ( inside and out) and cleaned my tiles and grout. They did an awesome job! I definitely highly recommend this company for all your cleaning of home or office.
