Service provided was professional and they took the time to explain to me how my water softener works as well as suggest how to remediate a few other concerns I had.

They came within an hour and a half, assess the situation. Told me how much it was going to be and knocked out the job to perfection

Called for a water leak from my toilets tank and bowl. They were punctual and after trying a few small fixes told me needed a new toilet. Installed it the next day and even picked one up for me. They were considerate when choosing the toilet for me and I am thankful for that.

Excellent all around. David and Xavier came out to discuss my options for replacing an aging water heater and installing a water softener/filter system. Both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me several options without pressuring me into anything. The work they've done so far has all been top-notch! Call of Dooty will easily be my go-to for plumbing in the future.

David and Xavier are both great plumbers. It’s not my first time using them, it’s my 3rd or 4th time. This time I had an emergency. Woke up one morning and there was a puddle of water in my garage, my water heater started leaking. I called David at 930am when I saw the leak, and he replaced my water heater by that afternoon!! That is AWESOME response and service on their part. Of course I’m going to continue using them! You should too!! They’re very skilled, professional, very RESPONSIVE plumbers! I am glad I know them, and have them, if I ever need them!

David and his team installed my dog spa in the laundry area where a utility sink would normally go. There was a leak in the lines that came with the spa, and they were able to replace them with quality ones to prevent any issues. Stop looking, just call these guys!

David and Xavier’s assistance was requested to replace a garbage disposal. Before doing so, David took initiative to check on the current disposal and determined it could be repaired. Within a matter of minutes, it was up and running again. David taught me what to do next time I have the same issue. Both David and Xavier were professional and kind. I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

I had two clogged toilets. They came out the same day, within the time period we agreed upon. They worked quickly and had everything resolved in less than a half hour. Call Of Duty LLC replaced our old water softener with a new water softener that I had purchased. They were easy to deal with and finished the installation without issue and also cleaned up the area around the new water softener. To haul away the old water softener is an additional cost, so be sure to ask about that if that is needed. They offer a veteran discount, too. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Call of Dooty is top notch!! My neighbor had them out to fix an issue. Very professional, informative, quick and reliable. They came out on a weekend and had parts installed very quickly. Great customer service as well. Definitely recommend.

Honestly this has been a great experience. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs a fix. David was quick to answer. Gave us an estimate that same day I called. The main water leak was fixed the next day. Very reasonable prices too. What more can you ask for? Now I know who to call for when I need a fix.
