We contacted Zoom Drain to address our smelly sinks and gnat problem. Their techs came out quickly and treated our home with care. They did a great job and our pipe smell and gnat problem are resolved! I’d highly recommend them.

I had a major drain problem in my kitchen and didn’t know who to call. A friend of mine referred me to the owner, Jack, who took care of me. He sent someone out quickly to fix my problem. I was totally impressed with how they were conscious about keeping the area clean and that they cleaned before they left. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever have another issue. I haven’t had any issues since they fixed the problem.

They did a great job cleaning my clogged pipes. They were also very nice and my dog loved them too. Haha

From the day I moved into my high-rise, the kitchen sink’s been on my case. Always draining... just slowly enough to be annoying, but not enough to justify calling in a pro. And hey—I’m handy. I own a snake. I’ve stared down many a clog and won. But after years of fighting the ever-slowing whirlpool of doom, the day finally came. Drano shrugged. The snake sighed. I was done.

Enter Zoom Drain.

They came out fast, scoped the situation, and—bless them—didn’t try to upsell me or fearmonger me into anything. Just photos, quotes, and honest options: do another round with the snake (been there), or go full-on pipe pressure wash.

The second I saw the machine, I was in. They looked surprised I didn’t hesitate. But I knew. I knew a snake would just buy time. I wanted a clean slate.

They said they could do it now. I said “Yes, please.”

Out comes the beast—some massive industrial contraption I’ll call the Drain Invader 9000 (not its real name, but it should be). They got to work. At first: confidence. Then concern. Then quiet determination. Whatever the last tenants poured down there—grease, oil, possibly the remnants of a deep fryer—it wasn’t going down without a fight.

But fight they did. And won.

Fifteen glorious, uninterrupted minutes of smooth-running sink water later, I’m standing in my kitchen, marveling at the miracle of modern plumbing like I just discovered fire.

This is adulthood, I guess. Getting excited about a fully functional sink.

Zoom Drain is now my go-to. Friendly, fast, honest, competitively priced, and they bring the Drain Invader. What more could you ask?

UPDATE: Since coming out they didn’t find the cause which is what the owner of the company promised us before we paid A LOT of money… 2k! We were hesitant it would fix it but the owner reassured us that would fix it.
It did not get fixed and had to hire another company who was able to fix it after figuring out that the motor had died and needed replacing. These guys didn’t even check that! Such a rip off and waste of time.

My husband and I have tried contacting them but they have been difficult and it’s a shame because they’re not performing to how they described to be on their website.

Wasted our money. DO NOT USE!

I found this company through a ‘touch a truck’ event where they advertised themselves.

Currently working with Zoom Drain for our blocked drains. They have been amazing so far. Diligent, patient and super professional.

They made it clear from the start their job isn’t finished until we’re fully satisfied and they’re doing everything to make it that way.

Defiantly recommend to people in Vegas area.

I had a clogged bathroom sink, a slow draining sink next to it, and an unpleasant smell coming from our shower drain when the water runs.
I scoured Yelp reading reviews, and after a number of responses from different companies, I chose Zoom Drain, and I’m glad i did!
Their response time was fast, scheduling was a breeze, and their staff was polite, efficient, and easy to deal with.

I’ll just say their technician JJ was amazing; a real asset to their company! Respected my home, my dogs, my elderly mother, and took the time to answer my questions and help educate me, and I really appreciated that.
He’s the kind of guy I’d want to kick back with, have a beer, and watch a game!

I was contacted quickly to schedule an appointment. Their receptionist was super nice and accommodating to my businesses odd hours. JJ came out and fixed our problem in a jif with no hassles. Highly recommend

JJ Warren did a great job of unclogging my toilet. He was friendly and professional. I was thoroughly surprised that he even cleaned the floor, after completing the job. I’ve had work done before and most would leave the clean up for me. Thank you so much for getting this done before my big trip!!!!

JJ and his team helped clear a clogged sink. They were very professional and got the job done quick. Before starting work they reviewed all my options and gave me pricing on each option. They took the time to educate me on each option, but did not pull any shady sales tactics. I will use Zoom Drain in the future and would refer any friends or family to JJ for plumbing work.

They were great, knew exactly what they were doing and fixed my clogged main line out to the street, then made sure with a camera shot.
I still do need a copy of the bill though. It was worth it.

Jack and JJ came to clear my pipes, they were nice, helped educate me on plumbing preventive maintenance, and cleared the drain lines nicely.

We called at 1:30, by 3:00 they were here. By 5 they were done. I was shocked. It was awesome.

We’re so glad we found this company. When you have a plumbing problem and you need it fixed fast simply call Zoom. Absolutely genuine customer service. This company responded immediately to our Yelp request and came within an hour. They were so kind and worked with us. Then they diagnosed the problem within minutes. Then they fixed it in about 30 minutes. I thank God for companies like them.

My kitchen sink clogged up went on yelp and was given like 5 different options. Zoom drain got back to me real fast and had an appointment for the next day. They came out and had the issue fixed fast. This company I like as they are transparent with their pricing. They will give a free quote. I definitely will be using them again. Very professional and polite. I will also recommend them to my friends.

The ONLY septic service company that will come and evaluate your issue without an estimate fee. They are working on a step by step plan rather than starting by digging up my backyard. They listen and work on the issue with you. JJ and Jack are a good team. I will update my review after my next job with them.

This company is amazing! I spoke to Courtney over the phone and she was able to send a technician out the same day(It was a Sunday too)! JJ and Jack showed up to my house and they were both very professional. They were very informative and gave me a really good deal. I highly recommend reaching out to this company if you ever have any drainage issues.

Courtney was amazing. Great customer service throughout making an appointment and letting me know the tech is on his way. JJ is great. He went above and Beyond what others has done be for. Very respectful and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with everything. Even the prices they offer. I had a main sewage line clog. It was fixed in 30-40 minutes. Everything JJ needed was on his work truck ready to go. He even put root killer down the sewage pipe. Never seen anyone else go so above and Beyond with their services before. I will 100% recommend calling Zoom Drain for your plumbing needs and emergencies.

I had been receiving a lot of their ads on Facebook and thought I would give them a try. Our kitchen sink drain was clogged and needed it fixed ASAP. I called them and spoke with Courtney and she said that she had an opening for the following day and so we scheduled a technician to come out.

Before hanging up with Courtney, we went over the details of the appointment time to come out between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.

Forward to the next day and was waiting for the technician to show up and was supposed to receive a phone call about 45 minutes prior to tell me the technician was on their way. However, 10:30 was getting close and I still hadn't heard from anybody. I called Courtney and told her the situation and she was very apologetic and wanted to make it right quickly. I think there may have just been some miscommunication either from her or myself but she made up for any miscommunication on either of our parts.

From that point forward she was very communicative and made sure that I knew when the technician was coming out. I appreciated that. Our technician showed up, his name was JJ and we discussed the issue and decided on using the water jet option rather than me simple snake.

Everything went well, drains are free of any clogs and we got a 6-month warranty to come back out if there are any other clogs within that time frame.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the customer service and the service they provided. Almost thought for a second I was going to have to call a different company after the miscommunication about the arrival time but Courtney was extremely courteous and made everything right!

I don't ever expect companies to be perfect but when there is a mess up of any kind, I do expect them to do their best to make it right and was very delighted that Courtney did so.

I definitely recommend using Zoom for any plumbing issues that may arise.
